24. "Collaboration." Mingyu = Cute/Fluff

"PD-nim is here!"

"What's going on?"

"Are we going to have a reality show again?"

"Ugh, not again."

"Oh look, there's a girl!"

"Hey there, little girl, are you lost?"

"Shut up or I'll slap you." You said quietly that clearly threatened them to all be quiet.

"Excuse me but who are you?" Someone stood up whom you assume as the leader, S. Coups, approached you.

"What? Wanna fight me?" You two glared at each other but you were quickly separated for at least fifteen inches.

"Easy there, Aly! Aish, I never knew you would be like this when meeting them." PD-nim heaved a sigh. "Anyway, this is the rapper of the rookie group in our company, Song Aly."

The boys 'ooh'-ed as if it's their first time seeing a girl who has the position of a rapper.

"Now boys, introduce yourselves." PD-nim said which they followed.

"Say the name, Seventeen! Annyeonghaseyo, Seventeen-imnida!" They said together. They expected like some kind of reaction from you but you did nothing but stare at them.

"So redundant." You said. It annoyed you to be honest. They say Seventeen then say Seventeen again. "And the way you do it... are you Power Rangers?"

Hoshi, the one who made the hand thingy while greeting, looked offended when you said that. Well, who wouldn't?

"Wait, we actually looked like Power Rangers while doing that?" The person you know as Vernon facepalmed.

"Yahh!!! Why is she here?!" The one called Mingyu whined, looking like he's already fed up by your insults.

"Oh, right! You're doing a collab together." The Seventeen members all exclaimed in surprise. They were definitely not expecting this.

"All of us?!" The maknae, Dino, asked, still shocked.

"No. Only Mingyu and Aly." Mingyu frowned, clearly displeased.

"The fun part is, you two are going to do it alone!" PD-nim cheered happily but it slowly died down when he didn't get any reaction from the two.

"Don't worry. Aly is a good composer so you could trust her with the music. She's also a great vocal." What he was saying did not even made Mingyu happy even for a millisecond.

"Anyways, you two will start tomorrow, okay? For now, enjoy your time alone because you'll be staying together for a long time tomorow." PD-nim then left, leaving you with thirteen boys who just stared at you.

"Noona, why are you rude?" Dino asked, you seem quite taken a back because your eyes widened.

"You didn't even let me finish! You guys may look like Power Rangers but it's actually cute!" You said in a loud voice with clear frustration. "Aahh! That's why I don't like talking so much! Uughhhh!!!" You walked your way out of the dorm while scratching your head furiously. Leaving the boys dumbfounded by your mood change.

The next day, you and Mingyu were alone in the practice room. This was the place where you two will spend the rest of the day with each other's company, writing down lyrics and composing songs. You two were far apart from each other.

Of course, there was an awkward silence.

"What kind of song are we gonna write?" You asked to break the silence as your scrolled down your feed on instagram with your laptop.

"Love song?" His answer made you cringe since you usually can't compose songs like that because you haven't experienced that. It's not like you hate it, it's just not your style.

"Mingyu-ah, you're going to ruin my group reputation. I'm from a badass hiphop group then you want me to do a love song?"

"Oh, right. Sorry."

You heaved a soft sigh when you noticed him looking pale, making you feel guilty.

"Fine, let's do it." He brightened up and walked over to you, sitting himself beside you as he helped you write and compose the lyrics.

"About yesterday..." Mingyu started, you glanced at him by the corner of your eyes, giving your attention to him. "Why were you like that?"

"Aah. Mianhae. I had my period yesterday so I'm usually like that." You said slyly, feeling embarrassed as you remember what you did yesterday. "Please tell Hoshi and the others my apology."

"Sure thing. Now let's finish this song."

When we finished the song, we quickly submitted it. The song became a hit after a week and you were able to promote your group successfully as well as perform the song together live.

Not only was a new group founded.

A great song was made.

A new ship sailed.

And a new couple was born.

"Thanks to this collaboration because we got together." Mingyu said, reminiscing the day you two composed a song. You placed your head on his shoulder as he held your hand.

"Oh, shut up, power ranger."

"Shh. You love me."

This sucked I'm sorry but guys, bad news :( I'm going back to class tomorrow so I'll be slower at updating. I'll try my best to do the imagines but please expect lamer plots for imagines because school will drain my creativity again. I'll try to make time for this and as well as inspiration to make a better plot.
