The next morning...

Balin and Loona were sleeping together in his newly refurbished room, which was redesigned during their adventure in his home town in the living world yesterday.

The little human woke up to see all the little stars on the ceiling, while ironically, the pentagram sun was shining bright through his windows. Soon, he saw the light of the sun shining down on Loona, who snoozed with a smile on her face while she had her tail and arms wrapped around.

For Loona, whenever she didn't have slobber coming out of her mouth, she was actually kind of a cute sleeper.

Balin smiled her feeling grateful for all the fun and all the love they've had yesterday. He hadn't felt that much joy in his old home for rather a long time. He decided to hop out of bed and start the day.

But secretly, being the kind of person who'd wanna sleep in, Loona was awake a little as well and didn't want him leaving her embrace. So she decided to have some fun with him.

Every time Balin tried to lift her tail so he could get out of bed, she'd teasingly growl making him freeze. He kept on lifting it up and down with every growling beat she gave him, until he finally managed to break loose. After all that, she was still tired so Balin walked out of the room giggling to let her sleep in peace once more.

Soon, when Balin walked into the living room, he then spotted that the living room couch had turned into a sofa bed, with a set of hooves sticking out from the end. He then tiptoed around to see they were Blitzø's, as he slept next to Moxxie and Millie after eating their pizza and watching their TV, which was static at the moment after the broadcast day in Hell had ended.

Millie had her demon tail wrapped around Moxxie's waist like a snake, while Blitzø snuggled an empty bottle of whiskey in his arms, which made Balin chuckle a little bit as he thought the bonkers demonic trio looked cute sleeping together. He then decided to wake them up rocking them back and forth, starting with Millie.

"Aunty Millie? Millie?" he whispered to his new favourite step-aunt with a nudge. Millie then slowly opened her eyes to see it was Balin waking her up. "Aww good morning sweetie." she gently caressed his check with one hand. "So nice to see you visiting me and Moxxie, when did you get here?" she then yawned and bleeped her forked tongue out like a lizard.

"Uhm, Aunty Millie?" "Yeah?" "You're in Loona's apartment."

Millie widened her eyes and looked around the room in surprise then saw Moxxie and Blitzø sleeping next to each other. "Blitzø! Moxx! Wake up" she shook them in fear with both hands. Before long, the duo woke up also shocked to see they were still in Loona's apartment.

"Goddamn it Moxxie!" Blitzø quietly yelled at him poking his face. "Didn't I tell you to wake me up when 'The Naked Golden Girls' ended?!"

"I would have! If I hadn't fallen asleep on purpose to avoid looking at that ripoff garbage!" his employee snapped back in defence.

"Never you mind, let's just get straight to work before she makes nice meat of us!" Millie lifted the two with all her might before leaning down to Balin. "See ya soon honey." she gently kissed him on the forehead before running out of the apartment with Blitzø and Moxxie.

Five minutes later...

Loona woke up yawning in a downward dog pose exposing her dagger-like fangs, when her ears perked up to hear high and low pitched giggles coming from the living room.

She put on her tank top before walking out to the living room to see Balin playing on the sofa bed with his teddy and the new chicken plushy Via gave him a couple of days ago.
