When things are too good to be true, it probably isn’t.

This made Angelo and Michael extremely cautious with dealing with Martin but from start to the end of contract signing, they never heard a single unreasonable demand and the condition was too good for them.

The two father and son went home with deep thoughts.

Angelo called his daughter to confirm what was going on.

Amara said there is no problem with her relationship with the twin and Martin.

But he still doesn't understand how the guy who only treated them with contempt is giving them benefit.

“What do you think?” Unable to think about it. Michael asks his wife.

Jenny smiles.

“Maybe Amara is really doing well with Martin and Martin wants to get close to our family.”

She said happily.

Michael shakes his head.

“No. There must be something we didn’t know. Something more logical.”

“Amara, Marina and I have our own group chat now. She made it a few days ago to catch up with us. At first I thought she would just brag about being with Martin but she is actually interested in our lives. I kinda felt she was not the same as before and we planned to have a girl’s date later. Your sister's change is not small and the humility to accept she is a brat before makes it easier to let bygones be bygones.”

She smiles remembering how Amara wanted to make her wedding all about her until Michael sent her away.

There are a few more small things but she always see Amara as a petty and cruel elder sister but if even a criminal can change, she will give his husband only sister another chance.

“How can someone change so easily? No. There must be a logical explanation.” Michael still thinks it can’t be about Amara.

Jenny just shakes her head.

Once Michael believes in something unless slap in the face with reality, he won’t believe it.

Meanwhile in Francheska’s mansion, she was extremely furious. She wanted to make Lawrence pay for humiliating her but she can’t find out about Lawrence's background.

“In a novel world, everyone with a hidden background can be an important character. But who is this Lawrence? I don’t believe I can remember someone like him in the novel!” 

She angrily sucks the cigarette butt and exhales.

Speaking in the novel, Francheska despises smokers. The fact that she is starting to not resemble the novel Francheska makes her worry that she won’t progress like the novel. 

“No…It’s just I made a few mistakes because I keep rushing things. It’s soon going to open an opportunity for me to be closer to the twin.”

She huffs the cigarette again impatiently.

Francheska is reborn in this world and watches Martin and his kids patiently for the promise she will have them in the end. She waited patiently for her turn. So when things were not going her way, she felt scared. But even for the main character with a halo buff it takes approximately 4 years to have her sweet happily ever after. Patience is the key.

But she is too eager. That’s the problem.

Why won’t she?

The twins are too cute. She wanted to hug and care for them already. And Martin. Even sitting on the wheelchair doesn’t make him one less bit of a handsome man he always was.
