Infrastructure
Meanwhile, in Seoul, Ken was deeply immersed in his work. As the CEO and owner of Infrastructure Enterprise, a leading name in the construction industry, his days were packed with meetings, site visits, and strategic planning. Known for its commitment to trust and quality, his company had earned a reputation as one of the top ten in the industry.
Infrastructure Enterprise often collaborated with various architectural firms, including the one owned by Annie's parents which is the The Architectural design. The partnership had always been strong, built on mutual respect and a shared vision of excellence in building.
Since their parting at the airport 5months ago, Ken and Annie hadn't had the chance to reconnect. Their lives had become a whirlwind of responsibilities and ambitions. Ken often thought of Annie, wondering how she was doing and hoping she was finding success and happiness in her new role.
Ken's office was a testament to his dedication. Blueprints and project models filled the space, each representing a piece of the city's skyline that he had helped shape. Today, he was reviewing plans for a new skyscraper that would redefine the city's horizon. As he delved into the details, his phone buzzed with a reminder about an upcoming meeting about a VIP client Simon.
Simon, a distinguished businessman known for his ventures in the hospitality industry, including a luxurious resort, an upscale hotel, and a thriving condominium, had always been meticulous about who he partnered with. His reputation for excellence and precision meant that only the best could be entrusted with his projects.
When Simon first met Ken, he was immediately impressed by his professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. Ken's ability to grasp complex ideas quickly and turn them into reality was exactly what Simon needed. Their first project together was a resounding success, with Ken handling everything flawlessly, from planning to execution.
Simon was more than satisfied with Ken's work; he was genuinely impressed. Over time, Ken became more than just a service provider to Simon—he became a trusted partner. Whenever Simon had a new project, whether it was expanding his resort, renovating his hotel, or developing new condominiums, he didn't hesitate to turn to Ken.
Ken's consistent excellence and reliability earned Simon's complete trust. Simon knew that with Ken in charge, his projects were in the best possible hands. Their partnership grew stronger with each successful endeavor, creating a story of trust, professionalism, and mutual respect that became the foundation of their enduring business relationship.
Ken's Office
[Simon enters Ken's office. Ken notices him and warmly hugs him.]
Ken: Simon! How are you? How's business?
Simon: I'm good, my friend. Business is booming as well.
Ken: That's great to hear. What brings you here today?
Simon: Well, my wife has her heart set on a Vacation Resort house in Jeju Island. She's really taken with a specific architect's work—Annie Fort. Have you heard of her?
Ken: Annie Fort? Yes, I've heard the name. She's quite popular for her architectural designs. Isn't she based in Italy?
Simon: Apparently, she's in Korea right now. My wife is meeting with her to see if she can design our dream vacation house.
Ken: That's exciting! If everything goes well with her meeting, we can definitely work together on this project.
Simon: Exactly. My wife wants us all to meet afterward to discuss how to blend her design with the infrastructure and construction.
