Its Fate

In the quiet, sunlit morning, Ken and Annie were each immersed in their respective work. Annie, a brilliant architect, was working on a set of blueprints in her study, while Ken, a renowned engineer, was at home today, taking some time for himself before his friends' arrival. Both were highly successful in their fields, running multimillion-dollar businesses they had built from the ground up. Despite their demanding schedules, they shared an unbreakable bond, always finding moments to connect and support each other.

Ken's long-time friends, Anthony, Ben, Charlie, were on their way to visit him for an afternoon of reminiscing and laughter. It had been years since they had all gathered like this, and Ken was looking forward to seeing them and catching up on each other's lives. He walked over to Annie's study and knocked softly.

Annie, my friends will be here soon," he said with a warm smile. "I thought you'd like to know. It's been forever since we all got together."

Annie looked up from her desk, a spark of excitement in her eyes. "That's great, Ken! I know how much you've missed them. It'll be like old times," she said, her smile bright and genuine.

She stood up, crossing the room to wrap her arms around him. "Just have fun and make the most of it.

Ken: Oh, and Anthony my friend who is coming today ask me to build a house for his family. her wife is pregnant now their family is growing.

Annie: That's great! Family is important.

Ken: And I'd love for you to meet them if you get back early later . They'd enjoy meeting the amazing woman who stole my heart."

Annie laughed softly, leaning up to kiss him. "I'll try my best, but no promises," she said, a mischievous glint in her eye. "You boys go have fun."

They kissed passionately, sharing a moment of quiet warmth and affection, a silent reminder of their deep love and commitment. Soon after, Annie gathered her things, ready to head to her next meeting at the headquarters. With one last smile, she left, leaving Ken to prepare for his friends' arrival.

As afternoon settled in, Ken's friends began to arrive one by one, each pulling into the driveway in their sleek, luxury cars. The parkade looked like a showroom of fine automobiles, lined with glossy finishes and powerful engines. Ken, eager to reunite, waited at the entrance, a wide smile on his face as he greeted each friend. They embraced him warmly, exchanging handshakes and laughs, their camaraderie rekindling instantly as if no time had passed.

Welcome, guys! It's been way too long," Ken said, ushering them inside. As they stepped into the mansion, his friends took in the unique design of the home. It was a stunning blend of sleek, modern architecture and warm, inviting touches. The clean lines, open spaces, and natural light contrasted beautifully with elements like cozy wood finishes and stylish furnishings. The place felt elegant yet comfortable, a true masterpiece of design.

Ken, this house is incredible," Charlie said, gazing around the living room in admiration. "I've never seen anything quite like it. Modern, but it still feels like a home."

Ben nodded in agreement, each expressing their appreciation for the style and detail. Ken led them down the hall to his spacious workroom, where blueprints and models sat on wide tables, showcasing some of his current projects.

Anthony clapped him on the shoulder with a grin. "So, are you already drawing up plans for my house?" he teased. "I'll pay you, of course—but don't forget our friends' discount!"

Everyone laughed, the sound echoing through the room. Ken smirked, crossing his arms. "You know I don't come cheap," he replied, playfully raising an eyebrow.
