As Lyanna, Hermione, Ron, and Harry scoured the library for clues about the Second Task, tensions ran high. The weight of the upcoming challenge pressed upon them, each searching for any advantage they could find.

"This is admittedly potentially problematic," Hermione muttered, flipping through a thick tome on magical creatures.

"Potentially problematic?" Harry retorted, rubbing his temples in frustration. "I don't know about you, Hermione, but last time I checked I couldn't hold my breath for an hour."

Ron, meanwhile, was fiddling absentmindedly with the golden egg they had retrieved from the Yule Ball. "I had an uncle who could stick his head in a pickle jar. Ears and all," he joked weakly, trying to lighten the mood.

Hermione shot him a look. "Right. Not helpful, Ron."

"We can do this," Lyanna interjected, trying to boost their morale. "We just have to keep looking—"

Before she could finish, a scarred hand reached across Lyanna, snatching the egg from Ron's grasp. Mad-Eye Moody loomed over them, his magical eye whirring as he inspected the egg with a mixture of fascination and nostalgia.

"My father gave me something like this when I was a child," Moody muttered, holding the egg up to the light. "Played music. Beautiful thing..."

Moody seemed momentarily lost in thought, his magical eye twitching as he blinked and then took a swig from his ever-present flask.

"Hate to break up the skull session," Moody announced gruffly, "but Professor McGonagall's asked to see you in her office."

"Now, Professor?" Hermione asked, surprised.

"Straight away," Moody confirmed. "Not you, Potter. Just Weasley and Granger. Malfoy, Professor van Houten wants to see you."

As Hermione and Ron gathered their things and headed off to McGonagall's office, Lyanna exchanged a glance with Harry. Something about Moody's demeanor struck her as odd, but she pushed the thought aside and followed the directions to Professor van Houten's office.

Upon arriving, Lyanna found the ancient office filled with curious magical artifacts and books that seemed to hum with power. Professor van Houten, a witch with a kind smile but piercing eyes, greeted her warmly.

"You wanted to see me, Professor?" Lyanna inquired, curious about the summoning.

"Yes, Lyanna," Professor van Houten replied, her voice carrying a hint of mystery. "I have something for you." She reached into a drawer and withdrew a small, ornate compass.

"This is a magical compass," van Houten explained, handing it to Lyanna. "It will guide you to whatever it is you seek underwater during the Second Task."

Lyanna inspected the compass, marveling at its craftsmanship and the faint magical aura emanating from it. "Thank you, Professor. This will be incredibly helpful."

Professor van Houten smiled knowingly. "And there's something else, Lyanna. You are gifted in Divination, are you not?"

Lyanna nodded, slightly surprised by the mention of her talents in Divination. "Yes, I've always had an interest in it."

van Houten leaned forward, her eyes gleaming with intrigue. "Well, your advanced knowledge might give you an edge. Perhaps you can see into the future, know what is to come, and what needs to be done. A glimpse would not hurt." She winks.

Lyanna's mind raced with possibilities. The idea of using Divination to foresee the challenges ahead filled her with both excitement and apprehension. "I'll do my best, Professor. Thank you for your guidance."

With a nod of dismissal, Lyanna left van Houten's office, the compass safely tucked away in her pocket. As she made her way back to the common room, her thoughts turned to the upcoming task. She felt a renewed sense of purpose, armed with new tools and strategies to tackle whatever trials awaited her in the depths of the Black Lake.

~~~Huge Timeskip~~~
Weeks later, Lyanna waited until the castle had fallen into a deep, quiet slumber. The corridors of Hogwarts were pitch black, save for the occasional flicker of moonlight through a high window or the dim glow from a portrait's candle. She carefully crept out of Ravenclaw Tower, her footsteps muffled by the thick carpeting.
Navigating the winding hallways with practiced ease, Lyanna made her way toward the Divination classroom. Her heart pounded in her chest, but she kept her breath steady, reminding herself of the importance of her mission. The castle seemed to hold its breath as she moved, every creak of the floorboards and rustle of her robes amplified in the silence.
Finally, she reached the familiar door of the Divination classroom. Pushing it open, Lyanna slipped inside and made her way to the storage area where the Crystal Balls were kept. The room was filled with an eerie, otherworldly glow from the enchanted objects scattered around, casting long shadows on the walls.
Taking a deep breath, Lyanna selected one of the Crystal Balls and settled into a comfortable position. She placed her hands gently on the cool surface and closed her eyes, focusing on her breathing and letting her mind open to the visions that would come. The art of Divination required patience and concentration, and she knew she had to clear her thoughts to see clearly.
Slowly, shapes began to form within the swirling mist of the Crystal Ball. At first, they were indistinct and hazy, but gradually they sharpened into recognizable images. Lyanna saw Lisa, her friend, looking as if she were peacefully asleep but floating in what appeared to be water. The image shifted, revealing Cho, Hermione, and Ron in similar states, all seemingly unconscious and suspended in a watery environment.
Lyanna's eyes snapped open, her heart racing. The implications of the vision were clear: these were the people they would have to rescue during the Second Task. Her mind raced with possibilities and strategies as she carefully returned the Crystal Ball to its place.
Exiting the classroom as quietly as she had entered, Lyanna made her way back to the Ravenclaw dormitory. Her thoughts were a whirlwind of plans and concerns. She needed to prepare herself and share this crucial information with her fellow champions. The task was going to test not only their magical abilities but also their bravery and resourcefulness.
As she slipped back into her bed, the castle still and silent around her, she began to form a plan in her mind.
Lyanna drifted into a restless sleep, her dreams filled with visions of the Black Lake and the challenges that awaited her beneath its dark surface.
