Draco and Y/n we're always off and on, a toxic couple all around Hogwarts. They didn't see what went on behind closed doors but they both did truly love each other.

This was just another time that they were breaking up. Draco knew he had problems and he needed to work on them but he loved that girl more then his entire world. He would die for her if it meant she would be okay.

Y/n had tears streaming down her face as they went through this heartbreak yet again. It broke him every single time he watched her cry because of him.

"It is becuase of that other girl!? The one you said was prettier!"

"To me love, you're so much more than gorgeous. So much more than perfect. And right now I know that I'm not really worth it-"

A sob was let out, her body falling to the floor as it became hard to breathe. Draco rushed over, knowing she was having a panic attack. He pulled her to his chest and rubbed her back as she felt like the world was closing in on her.

"You-you keep hurt-hurting me!" She sobs, her body shaking as she curled against his chest. No matter how many times he hit her, he'd always be the only one who could make her feel safe. "And to-to make it worse-worse I keep com-coming back!"

Tears fell from his eyes as he watched her shake against his body, her eyes shutting with the way the world kept going black. She reached up and wrapped her arms around his neck. He wrapped his arms around her waist and holds her tightly.

"Let's try. I know I'm not worth it but please, just let me change." She was hesitant but she eventually nodded, tucking herself against him. She felt safe. Her sobs died down and her shaking stopped.

Who knows what would've happened if she said no.

But she said yes.

And thank Merlin, because that is her future husband.
