"Red! Red!" She yelled, tears falling from her eyes. Mattheo stopped immediately, pulling out of her and moving up a little so he could see her face fully.

"Oh love, I'm so sorry." He didn't know what he did wrong but he didn't care. He scared her and that was all that mattered to the boy. She shook her head.

"It just...triggered me. If you want you can keep-" He shook his head and lifted her up, laying on his back and gently putting her body on top of his.

"No. Do you want to go to sleep? Or shower?" She shrugged softly, tucking her face against his chest. He lifted her head up, cupping her cheeks and wiping her tears with his thumbs gently. It made her smile gently.

"I'm sorry.." She whispered. He couldn't help but smile but he shook his head.

"My love, I gave you that word to use when you didn't like something, and you did." He smiled, his eyes filled with kindness, something that you didn't see from Mattheo Riddle often. "I'm so proud you used it. I'm so proud you told me."

A smile creeped up into her face and a light blush going to her cheeks. With her past he wanted to be as careful as possible and they had fun, but he didn't want to take it too far and, with her, it was easy to get carried away. He picked the girl up gently, her hands going to his neck to keep herself from falling even though he would never, ever let her fall.

He sat her on the counter and walked towards the shower, "Shower or bath?"

"Bath, please." The way she said it did something to him. He tried ignoring it and started the bath, walking in between her legs.

"Want this one to yourself? Or do you want me to be there with you." He asked gently, his hand reaching up and stroking her face softly.

"Can you stay with me?" She asked with softness in her voice as she leaned into his hand, her eyes shutting slightly. He nodded.

"Of course, my love." He pulled away and stopped the bath, walking back over and picking her up. He set her down in the tub and went behind her. She leaned her back against his chest, making him pull her tighter to him.

She was extremely comfortable, feeling safe being in his arms. He rubbed small circles on her forearm gently. "I'm so proud you used that safe word. I'm so extremely proud." He smiled down at the girl, because it was true.

He was always scared that she wouldn't use it out of fear of him getting mad. He wouldn't ever. He gave her that word to use when it all got too much and he was so happy to know she was comfortable enough to use it. He held her tighter, watching as she slowly fell asleep.

After a little while he picked her up and put his shirt over her, setting her in bed and pulling the covers over her. He drained the tub and shut the lights off, crawling next to her. He pulled his girl close and let sleep take him into a nice, tight grasp.
