Who would've known the great Mattheo Riddle watched a Muggle movie.

it was Halloween and he wanted so badly to scare his girlfriend, Y/n L/n. He absolutely loved her but he wanted to scare her. So he watched some Muggle movies that she suggested and decided to "stalk" her.

So for the whole day he had been calling her phone as a random number and calling her whenever he felt like. Towards the end of the night he slipped his mask on and got a fake knife so in case she moved it wouldn't actually hurt her. She was with Pansy and Daphne, talking and laughing.

Even though he was about to do this, he couldn't help but admire how gorgeous she looked when she laughed, when she smiled. She was just gorgeous. He shook his head and slipped the mask on, putting a finger to his lips as the girls saw him.

He put the knife on her neck, his other arm wrapped around her arm to keep her in place. Her eyes widened and she let out a small scream, her body beginning to shake. It wasn't that she saw the mask, it was the fact she thought someone just put a fucking knife to her neck.

Right as her body began to shake he let go and pulled off his mask, dropping the fake knife. Pansy and Daphne ran out before they had to hear Y/n yell at him. Her body shook, going to wrap her arms around his neck. Even though he scared her, she just wanted to be in his arms. He rubbed her back gently and pulled her closer.

"I'm so sorry," he whispered. "I didn't mean for it to...do that." He felt horrible, just hugging the girl tighter. He picked her up slightly, walking to the bed and laying down. He had his back against the headboard and she was straddling him, her head tucked into his neck.

Her body was still shaking as he pulled the covers over them. As much as he felt horrible his heart kind of swelled. He scared her, and she still just wanted the comfort of being in his arms. He hugged her tighter, burying his face into her neck as well.

He lifted his head up and turned on their TV, putting a funny movie on to make her less scared. Slowly her shaking stopped and she let herself fall next to him. Her head was still in his chest but she was watching the screen. The whole night he refused to let go and she didn't care that he refused.

He would always be her safe place.
