"AAAAAAAAAA, I WILL KILL HIM. I WILL KILL THAT FAGGOT. I WILL KILL HIM." Ji-ah screamed as she went on a rampage, destroying her room while her parents and Mina tried their best to get her to calm down. It was a good thing that there was a party going on right outside. If not, everyone outside would've heard the commotion that was happening inside. Mina was equally angry, maybe even more than Ji-ah. But unlike her sister, she had the presence of mind to not act and scream like a lunatic. She was damn sure if any of the Kim family members saw her sister like this, they would thank the heavens that Taehyung didn't get engaged to her.

"Ji-ah, for god sakes, will you please calm the fuck down? What good is it going to do if you keep screaming and breaking things? Will it change anything? If it will, then go ahead. Keep breaking things. And keep screaming. Here. Take this. Go on. What are you waiting for? Break it. Go on." Mina gritted her teeth in anger as she kept shoving breakable items in her sister's hands. Ji-ah, who finally managed to come back to her senses, slumped down on the floor, defeated and mentally exhausted as her anger turned to sadness and pain and tears left her eyes.

"Why? Why did he do that to me, Unnie? Why did he break my heart like this? What didn't I do for him? I endured his anger. All the humiliations and the pain. He hurt my pride every day, but I still didn't stop loving him. But what did he do? He proposed to that faggot freind of his in front of everyone. Doesn't he care even a little bit about his family or their reputations? It wasn't supposed to go this way, Unnie. He was supposed to put a ring on my finger, not that faggots. Then why? WHY? WHY? WHY?" Ji-ah sobbed, hitting her head, repeatedly with both her hands.

"We won't leave him. We won't leave any of them. How dare he play with my daughter's feelings? I will make him and his whole family pay for your every single tear, my Princess. What does the Kim family think of themselves? That they can do whatever they want just because they have money and power? I trusted them and left you in their care. But what did they do? They invited us here and promised to announce your engagement with their son, but instead they humiliated us. If I had known that their son was such a deviant, then I would've never let even his shadow fall on my daughter." Ji-ah's father fumed in anger as both mother and daughter cried their eyes out.

"Calm down, Uncle and do not make any rash decisions. And everything that happened, it was Taehyung's fault, not the family's. They were as blindsided as we all were. No one expected him to do such a thing. Do you think if Halmoni or his parents had known about this beforehand, they would've let this happen? And that is why I want you to wait before making any decision. Right now, the whole family will be angry at Taehyung. So, I suggest we use this chance to turn the tide in our favor. But if you go in there, guns blazing and wanting revenge, then you will be the ones getting thrown out of here instead of their faggot son and his faggot boyfriend." Mina spoke, trying to reason with her Uncle. She had long since given up on reasoning with Ji-ah and her Aunt was as equally dramatic as her sister. So now her only hope was her Uncle. But here was, talking without thinking and she wanted to bang her head somewhere.

"How do you expect me to calm down after what they've done, Mina? Don't you see your sister's state? I have never let a single tear drop from her eyes. But look at her now. How am I supposed to stay calm after seeing my daughter in this condition?" Mr. Kang asked, making Mina want to strangle the man in front of her.

"Uncle, can I speak to you in private? Please." Mina pleaded, not wanting to say whatever it was in front of her sister. Because she knew how that would go. Her plan to make Ji-ah married to Taehyung had crumbled like a house of cards. So, now she will have to make new plans. And she didn't have time to babysit Ji-ah and wallow in self pity. Time is of the essence and she for sure wasn't going to accept defeat so easily.
