Chapter 14

I

n the kitchen, Y/N was busy preparing breakfast for everyone.

The new chefs were amazed by her skills and watched her closely.

As she worked, her mind wandered back to the events of the past few days, especially the moments with Taehyung and Jimin.

As she was finishing up, Mr. Lee approached her. "You seem distracted, Y/N. Is everything alright?"

Y/N nodded, giving him a small smile. "Yes, Mr. Lee. Just thinking about a lot of things."

Mr. Lee patted her shoulder. "You're doing great. Now, let's get this breakfast ready. The royal family will be here soon."

Y/N nodded and focused on her task. Soon, the dining room was filled with the delicious aroma of freshly cooked food.

The royal family, including Taehyung and Jimin, entered and took their seats.

As Y/N served the food, she whispered to Taehyung, "I made your favorite dish today."

Taehyung gave her a small nod of appreciation.

When she reached Jimin, she said, "I made something special for you too."

Jimin smiled warmly at her. "Thank you, Y/N. I can't wait to try it."

As everyone began eating, Mr. Kim praised Y/N's cooking. "The food is excellent, Y/N. You've outdone yourself."

Y/N blushed and thanked him.

She glanced at Taehyung, hoping for a compliment, but he remained silent, focused on his meal.

After breakfast, Y/N headed to the library to start her work.

She was shelving some books when she heard footsteps behind her. Turning around, she saw Taehyung standing there.

"Ajushii, do you need something?" she asked.

Taehyung shook his head.

"I wanted to thank you for breakfast. It was good."

Y/N smiled. "I'm glad you liked it."

Taehyung looked at her for a moment before speaking again. "About last night... are you alright?"

Y/N nodded. "Yes, I am. Thank you for protecting me."

Taehyung's expression softened. "I won't let anything happen to you. You're important to me."

Y/N felt her heart skip a beat at his words. "Thank you, Taehyung."

After that, Taehyung moved towards Y/N, causing her to step back until she was pinned against the wall.

"Are you alright?" Taehyung asked, his voice low.

"I'm... I'm... okay," Y/N stammered.

Taehyung touched her face gently.

Y/N's heart beat faster, but she didn't understand why.

Taehyung leaned in and kissed her.

Y/N's eyes widened, and she tried to push him away, but he was too strong.

He kissed her deeply, but she didn't kiss back.

After a minute, Taehyung stepped back, smirking.

"Like this, we have to kiss," he said.

"Why are you doing this?" Y/N asked.

"You said soul mates kiss, so I did," Taehyung replied.
