Chapter 17

After a few minutes, Y/N decided to find Jisoo and have a conversation with her.

She found the princess standing sadly on the balcony, staring out at the night sky.

"Princess," Y/N called softly.

Jisoo turned and nodded in acknowledgment.

"Y/N," she replied quietly.

"Why do you look upset?" Y/N asked, her voice filled with concern."Nothing, Y/N," Jisoo said, trying to mask her feelings.

Y/N offered a warm smile. "You look very beautiful, Princess."

Jisoo's face brightened a bit. "You also look beautiful," she said, causing Y/N to blush.

"How many days are you going to stay here?" Y/N inquired.

Jisoo sighed softly. "The God of Creation will leave soon, but I'm only going to stay here for one week." The God of Creation was her father.

Y/N nodded, understanding. "Let's be good friends, Princess."

Jisoo smiled, a genuine warmth returning to her eyes. "Then call me Jisoo, my friend."Y/N smiled back.

"Okay, Jisoo."With that, the tension between them began to ease.

They stood together on the balcony.

The beginnings of a new friendship started to blossom.

As Y/N and Jisoo stood on the balcony, Jimin entered.

He walked up to Y/N with a smile.
"Y/N, there's a party tonight in honor of the princess," he announced.

Y/N nodded and returned his smile. "That sounds wonderful."

Jimin looked at her hopefully. "At least this time, will you dance with me?"

Y/N's thoughts drifted to Taehyung, her heart conflicted.

After a moment of hesitation, she nodded and promised, "I'll dance with you."

Jimin's face lit up with a bright smile. "Thank you, Y/N," he said, before turning to leave.

Jisoo watched the exchange, a puzzled expression on her face.

She couldn't understand why both Taehyung and Jimin were so captivated by Y/N.

"What is it about you, Y/N?" she asked, her voice curious.

"Why are Taehyung and Jimin both falling for you?"

Y/N looked at Jisoo, her eyes reflecting a mix of emotions. "I don't know, Jisoo," she replied honestly.

"I never asked for this attention. I just try to be myself and care for the people around me."
