Las Vegas, Nevada

"Good to see you, Zak!" Bobby chimed, standing up from his chair in the studio where Zak and his crew set up for their new show, Ghost Adventures: Aftershocks

"You too, buddy," Zak replied, taking a seat in his chair that was adjacent to Bobby's, leaning forward before he began speaking. "First off, you know, we're sorry to hear about Carl. How'd you fair with his passing?"

"Well, not real good, you know? I'd known Carl since he was eighteen years old. I really hated it, but Carl was his own worst enemy. Whether that was a possession or whatever it was that caused it."

"Why would you bring up possession?"

"Well, you know that there was an exorcism once. It's still to wrap my head around that fact, but I can say confidently that something happened to him that day, and he was most definitely not an actor, and that's what disturbs me most about it because I never saw Carl like that."

"How have things been there since he passed?"

"I would like to think that the energy there has felt about the same, you know, but some days seem like normal, and others seem like everything goes wrong," Bobby shook his head. "Matt seems to be under some type of hypnosis one day, but I can say that he had gotten a far worse attitude since Victoria disappeared."

Zak rose his brows, "What do you mean, disappeared?"

"Well, um, it was around that same time you guys had asked me about that investigation where she was supposed to be involved in some type of experiment, she came to me suddenly and said she needed to leave. I thought she was talking about a family emergency or along those lines, so I let her go with no questions asked. When she didn't show up for work the next day, I started to grow worried because it wasn't like her. Later that day, I sent Matt to go and check on her, but she was gone."

"Completely?"

Bobby nodded, "Even the horses were gone. He said that her truck and trailer were gone from the driveway, so with that, we thought that she had to take them with her because I was still under the impression that she had an emergency, but to my knowledge, she has no living family members,"

That's odd, Zak thought, concerned.

"Have you heard from her since?"

"No, and it kills me to think that something could've happened to her. I even asked Wanda if she had told her what happened since they were close."

"C-Can we stop filming for a second, Zak?" Jay asked suddenly, hesitant.

"Are you okay?" He asked, concerned for Jay's well-being as it wasn't new to have a paranormal experience happen during an interview.
