"Thank you for the trip, Zak," Victoria smiled at him after he had parked the SUV in her driveway, Zak willingly getting her suitcase for her while she gathered her things to ensure she didn't forget anything from being away for a week. "I did some research, though."

"Yeah? About the next location?"

"Not yet, but I did see that there's a rodeo in Santa Clarita near the place you're going to, so I'd technically have a reason to go..."

"So, you're going?"

"If that's okay?" She laughed. "And there's a horse hotel in Santa Clarita that I can board them at for the weekend and my trailer."

"Good. We'll be leaving early Wednesday morning and will be doing our interviews that same day and the lockdown the same night. They've kinda rushed us on this one, so we'll be busy all day on Wednesday, sleep on Thursday and get everything edited Thursday night, then sleep most of Friday after we send in the episode to the channel and turn around and leave again on Monday for L.A." Zak explained.

"Jesus. You all never seem to stop."

"It gets busy, but the long breaks are well worth it."

"I'd say. I was going to send an email to the horse hotel tonight and see if they have availability for next weekend."

"And what if they don't?"

"I'm always prepared," She giggled. "I have portable panels – enough for all three of the horses and a canopy that comes out the side of my trailer."

"You definitely are prepared, then," Zak chuckled, stepping into her house after she had unlocked the door. "I'm glad you're considering going. We might have to come by and watch the rodeo if we have a chance to." He teased.

"God, that thought right there makes me nervous!"

"Why?"

"Reasons that I can't explain..."

"What if I wanted you to explain?"

"You men may not understand, but when a girl likes a guy and they're not even in a relationship, us girls get nervous when the said guy we like watches us do what we love, and we get nervous because we don't want to mess up and embarrass ourselves in front of you."

"Well, if it makes you feel any better, I have no idea what's right and wrong when it comes to horses, so I won't even notice."

"A part of me begs to differ."

"It's about time you two get home!" Sam chimed from the living room, rubbing his eyes from his obvious nap. "Boy, do I have some new tunes for you!"

"Lucky for you, I'm wide awake, so I'm eager to see what you've come up with!"
