To everyone affected by the typhoon, stay safe. Many people are live streaming and no longer have homes because they were flooded. Let's pray for those who were affected, including the animals that drowned and are no longer safe, even though I am late in writing this. Keep safe everyone!!

ps. wala muna kissing scene kasi may bagyo. :)

Chapter 38

Forgive

"Pasok ka..."

I ran my hand back through my hair before walking to the door where Sergo stood. He was still standing there, looking hesitant to enter, although his expression remained stern.

I sighed and looked at Sergo again. His raised eyebrow seemed to be waiting for me to approach him.

Sergo shifted his gaze to him. He furrowed his brow before returning his attention to me. I clenched my jaw and swung the door wide open because he seemed so big in there.

He sat there looking very manly. He met my eyes with a hint of irritation.

"Akala ko ay mamaya ka pa." I said and walked towards my desk.

I adjusted my necktie because I felt like I was suffocating. I sat on the swivel chair and spun it around. I looked at Sergo. He placed his drink down and sat across from Reon. Reon, on the right sofa, was playing with his lips while leaning back.

Reon raised his right hand, his eyes smiling along. Sergo hesitated before accepting Reon's hand in the air. I leaned back on the swivel chair and laughed. I bit my lower lip when Sergo glanced at me.

Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay. Maging friendly ka naman minsan! Sungit nito.

"Nice to meet you... pre? Bro? Dude? Ano bang itatawag ko sa 'yo?" Reon playfully said, looking at me as well.

"Just call him-"

"Ah, bayaw?" He looked at me.

Anong bayaw? Kapatid ko ba siya?

"Sergo.

Sergo lowered his hand and looked back at me. He seemed to be hinting in the way he looked at me. He probably wanted me to send Reon away so we could talk. It wasn't necessary.

Sergo and I would talk briefly. We wouldn't take long. I knew he had work to do and just stopped by here. Reon wouldn't interfere in our conversation, so it was fine for him to be here.

At mapapaalis ko ba 'to?

"Bayaw? Kapatid ka ba ni Leroy?" Sergo asked in a deep and somewhat baritone voice.
