U.A. High School's campus was bathed in the soft glow of the setting sun, casting long shadows and painting the sky with hues of orange and pink. The day's classes were over, and students wandered the grounds, savouring the last moments of daylight. Among them were Hitoshi Shinso and Denki Kaminari, who had become quite close over the past few months.

They had just finished a rigorous training session, pushing each other to their limits as usual. Shinso's quirk, Brainwashing, and Kaminari's Electrification complimented each other surprisingly well, and they made an excellent team. They had grown used to spending time together, their bond deepening with each passing day.

"Man, that was a tough one," Kaminari said, stretching his arms above his head as they walked side by side along a quiet path. "I'm beat."

Shinso smirked, glancing at Kaminari. "You say that every time. You should be used to it by now."

Kaminari chuckled, bumping his shoulder lightly against Shinso's. "Yeah, but you're always pushing me harder. Not that I'm complaining. It's good for me."

Shinso's smirk softened into a genuine smile. "Glad to hear it. You're getting stronger, you know. I can see the difference."

Kaminari's cheeks flushed slightly, and he rubbed the back of his neck. "Thanks, Shinso. That means a lot."

They continued walking in comfortable silence, the sound of their footsteps mingling with the distant chatter of other students. The path they were on led through a small, wooded area, the trees providing a sense of seclusion and peace.

Without thinking, Kaminari moved closer to Shinso, slipping an arm around his waist. Shinso stiffened for a moment, caught off guard by the sudden contact, but then he relaxed, his own arm finding its way around Kaminari's shoulders.

"Is this okay?" Kaminari asked, his voice quieter, more vulnerable.

Shinso's heart skipped a beat, and he tightened his hold slightly. "Yeah, it's more than okay."

They walked like that, side by side, their bodies pressed close together, drawing comfort and warmth from each other. It felt natural, like they were meant to be this way. Shinso's usually stoic and reclused demeanour softened as he leaned into Kaminari, savouring the closeness.

"You know," Kaminari began, his voice thoughtful, "I never really thought I'd find someone who gets me like you do."

Shinso glanced down at him, his eyes softening. "I could say the same. You've surprised me, Kaminari. In a good way."

Kaminari grinned, his usual playful spark returning. "Well, I aim to please."

Shinso chuckled, shaking his head. "You're something else."

They walked in silence for a bit longer, the comfortable warmth of their embrace making everything else fade away. The world seemed to shrink, leaving just the two of them in their own little bubble.

As they reached a small clearing, the last rays of sunlight filtering through the trees, Kaminari stopped, turning to face Shinso. "Can I tell you something?"

Shinso nodded, his gaze steady. "Of course."

Kaminari took a deep breath, his eyes searching Shinso's. "I think I've fallen for you, Shinso. I mean, really fallen. You're amazing, and you make me want to be better. I just... I really like you."

Shinso's breath caught in his throat, his heart pounding. He had always been cautious with his feelings, but hearing Kaminari's confession made something click inside him. He cupped Kaminari's cheek, his thumb brushing lightly over the soft skin.

"I like you too, Denki. A lot," Shinso admitted, his voice barely above a whisper. "You've brought a light into my life that I didn't know I needed."

Kaminari's eyes sparkled with joy, and he leaned in, their lips meeting in a gentle, heartfelt kiss. It was a kiss filled with promise and the beginning of something beautiful.

When they finally pulled away, they rested their foreheads together, their breaths mingling. "So, does this mean we're officially a thing now?" Kaminari asked, his voice filled with hope.
