The house was silent, the weight of the day's revelations pressing down on you. You lay in bed, staring at the ceiling, your mind racing. Desperation gnawed at you, and you knew you needed help—someone who understood the gravity of your situation. Snape was the only person who came to mind.
You tried to reach out to him telepathically, but the distance seemed too great. Fear and frustration built up inside you, and you knew you couldn't wait any longer. You needed to see him, to talk to him in person.
With determination, you got up and quickly showered, the hot water soothing your frayed nerves. You dressed in something cute and comfortable, hoping it would give you the courage you needed. Your thoughts were all over the place, a mix of fear, longing, and desperation.
I have to do this, you told yourself, taking a deep breath. I need him.
You took a handful of Floo powder and stepped into the fireplace in your room. "Severus Snape's chambers," you whispered, throwing the powder down. The flames roared green, and you felt the familiar tug as you were whisked away.
You stumbled out of the fireplace in Snape's personal chambers, feeling a mix of relief and anxiety. He was sitting at his desk, clearly startled by your sudden appearance.
"Miss Y/L/N," he said sharply, standing up. "What are you doing here?"
You took a deep breath, feeling your resolve strengthen. "I need to talk to you. It's urgent."
His eyes narrowed, but he gestured for you to sit. "Very well. What is it?"
You sat down, your heart pounding. "Lucius Malfoy came to my house tonight," you began, your voice shaking slightly. "He told me that Voldemort is coming back and that I'm supposed to live with him in his mansion while he rebuilds his army."
Snape's expression darkened. "This is serious. We need to take action."
You nodded, tears welling up in your eyes. "I know. But that's not all. I... It's worse. I'm in love with you and it's eating me alive. Deny it if you wish but I know you feel the same."
Snape's expression remained stern, but you saw the conflict in his eyes. "Nothing can be done about it," he said quietly. "I am bound by my duties as your professor."
You shook your head, desperation clear in your voice. "I don't care about that."
You moved closer to him, your heart pounding. Kneeling between his legs, you looked up at him, your eyes pleading. "Please, Severus. Stop playing this game with me. I can't take it anymore."
Snape's breath hitched, and you could see the tension in his jaw. He was fighting an internal battle, torn between his duty and his feelings. "You don't understand," he whispered. "This could ruin us both."
You reached out, placing your hands on his knees, your voice trembling with emotion. "I'm already ruined. I have not known peace in months. I am being consumed by this need for you and you keep telling me no at every turn. Please."
Snape's expression was a mix of anguish and determination. "I am trying to do what is best for you," he said quietly, his voice strained.
You shook your head, tears streaming down your face. "If you reject me again, I will leave school. I can't face you every day like this. I will disappear, and now I have the means to do so."
Snape's eyes widened with shock and fear. "You don't mean that," he whispered, his voice filled with desperation.
"I do," you replied, your voice steady despite the tears. "I can't keep living like this. I need you, Severus. If I can't have you, then I can't stay here."
