@MercedesAMGF1: great guest! 10/10!

@fan10: I love the vibe Lettie!

@fan19: the cottage vibe looks so good on her!

@thals: hmmm who could have taken these photos???

            @lightningmcharles: let me guess, is it my brother???

            @redfinley: why do you say that?

            @lightningmcharles: because we're supposed to be at the hotel already but he went missing

            @arturo: sorry, not sorry

            After the race, Lettie found herself walking through the paddock, the podium was done and the only ones left at the paddock were a few people from each team, some press, and some friends. She was greeted with some as she was walking towards the exit of the paddock.

            Although before she could even reach the turnstiles, she heard her name being called. She turned only to see Arthur Leclerc rushing towards her. Her heart skipping a beat.

            She didn't move, she stayed right there and waited for him to finally reach her. Arthur let out a breath and smiled, "Hey." He said.

            She raised her eyebrows slightly, "Hey, what's going on? Are you okay?" she asked. She tried to level her breathing and make sure she wasn't stuttering.

            He chuckled, "I'm fine I just- it would be stupid for me if I don't ask now so I will." He said looking back towards her. She furrowed her eyebrows in confusion, "What do you mean?" she asked.

            Lettie didn't want to assume anything but it seems like to her, Arthur was going to ask her out. Not that she was assuming, because she would tell you that she wasn't.

            Arthur cleared his throat, "I heard that the croquetas stand is still open, I- I thought you might like to check it out. Before you fly home?" he asked.

            She tilted her head in surprise, her lips parted as she blinked towards him.

            "Only if you want to. But if you have plans-"
             "Arthur." She cut him off. He hummed and nodded, "Yeah?"

            She smiled at him, "Lead the way." She simply answered. And if you were to ask Lettie to describe Arthur's reaction she would say that his eyes brightened, his lips formed the biggest smile she has seen from him, so much so that the wrinkles around his lips and eyes were so prominent it made her heart swell. He looked so happy that she felt proud of herself.

            The two walked together in silence, both not knowing what to say. They reached the stall and Arthur ordered for the both of them.

            She stood there and watched him with a smile on her face. He turned to her and offered the croquetas to her. "Thank you." She said and was about to give the person her payment but Arthur gently grabbed her arm.

            "Don't. It's all good." He said. She raised an eyebrow at him, "How generous of you Mr. Leclerc." She said. He chuckled and shrugged, "For a pretty lady, of course." He said.

            Lettie couldn't help but chuckle and look on the ground as her cheeks grew red. From her reaction, Arthur couldn't help but smirk. "Do you wanna sit?" he asked.

            She nodded and walked to one of the chairs and table that was still out, "So, do you ask girls who are friends with your brother's best friend a lot?" she asked.

            Arthur let out a slight snicker that turned into a chuckle, "Not really. You're the first one." He said as he took a bite. She raised an eyebrow at him, "Can I ask why?"

            He shrugged, "Why not?" he said as he took the courage to stare straight into her eyes, "Have you seen yourself? You're not just beautiful but you're kind and nice and welcoming. It's hard not to be drawn to you."

            That was not what she was expecting. She sat there in shock as she processed what he said. Silence engulfed them as the closing of the croquetas stall was all they heard.

            She gulped at the stare that he was giving her, "Arthur..." she whispered. He hummed and leaned into the chair he was sitting on. She sighed, "Stop..." she muttered.

            He tilted his head slightly and as he did, he caught sight a new shade of her eyes as the last light of the sun hit her face. His lips parted in shock, he continued to gaze into them, memorizing every speck in them.

            "Arthur..." she muttered again, her cheeks now fully red, almost the same shade as her hair. He smiled at her softly, "Your eyes. They change color in the sunlight." He whispered.

            Lettie smiled and looked down on the now empty container of croquetas. Arthur smiled to himself, it was smooth sailing as of now and he didn't intend to ruin it.

            "So... will you unblock me now?" he asked. His question made her look at him with a glint of teasing, "Oh is that the reason why you invited me here and started to compliment me?" she joked with a smirk.

            Arthur's jaw dropped, "I-uh-I don't-" his stuttering made her laugh. "Relax Arthur. I'll unblock you." She said. He let out a breath and nodded, "Thanks."

            They smiled at each other, Arthur was about to say something but he was interrupted, "Uh-Perdón pero, we close." The woman said with an apologetic smile. The driver nodded in thanks and stood up, offering his hand towards the model, "Let's go?" he asked.

            The girl glanced between his face and his hand, but she didn't waste another second, she accepted his hand and stood up. He smiled at her and they started to walk.

            Unfortunately for Arthur, once they started walking, she let go of his hand. He sighed but smiled at her, at least she was still walking with him.
