Lettie smiled as Arthur came back to their seat at her favorite burger joint. On the tray he was carrying were two burgers, some fries and a vanilla milkshake.
She raised an eyebrow at him, "Are you sure you're allowed to eat this much? I don't want to be on the bad side of your trainer." She pointed out. But Arthur waved her worries away, "I'll just train more. But this, this what I have wished for a long time."
"Burgers in Australia?" she teased. Arthur snickered and pushed the milkshake towards her, "No, burgers with you in Australia."
"So you wanted to be in Austr-" "Lettie."
She grinned at him as a response to his blank face, "I want to be with you."
Suddenly the silly air around them shifted, the grin on Lettie's face slowly vanished. She gulped, "What?"
Arthur sighed and placed his hand on top of hers, "I said I want to be with you. I know we have talked about how we have liked each other back in Qatar but right now I want to do it right."
