So,this is something I thought about while looking around for monster girl images,so here it is: There can be evolutions for monster girls,or elite forms,gained from absorbing a rare type of energy. Here's the categories:

Matrons are a form of monster girl that are taller, and have voluptuous bodies. For example: a holstaur matron will be around 12 feet tall,have M cup breasts,barrel thick thighs, and a very maternal and lustful attitude.
Alphas are the peak example of the monster girl species, having the most beautiful and sexy appearance.
Omegas have a very...for lack of a better term "Ascended" appearance. They will still have traits of their base species,but will have a more interesting appearance. For example: A normal Chimera girl will resemble a nekomata with lion traits,a pair of goat horns,goat legs, and a snake for a tail, and this is what an Omega Chimera would look like:
