A rare parasite that appears to descend from the Toxoplasmosis parasite that got affected by the great transformation, likely a result of hosting in a nekomata. When a human or monster contracts this parasite,their behavior is drastically changed when it comes to sexuality,as they'll become extremely aroused by the smell of a nekomata or other cat monster species. Their sweat also gives off an aphrodisiac effect,driving any cat related monsters to go in heat and be compelled to have sex with them. This is so the parasite can spread to its intended host and spread onwards. Because of this,it has been made illegal for Neko or cat monster feces to be used in village composts,fearing that the parasite could use crops as a means to spread.
