39- Something that fits.

"It's a girl?" King looked at Eden who nodded.

"Aww, man we have to tell Zach and Ujin, and Cameron, Oh and Caesar." He said smiling.

Eden smiled.

"Caesar knows but you can tell the boys, I'm sure they will be happy to hear it butttt he might beat you to the punch." She said and he climbed into bed with her.

"That sly old man." He said and she laughed at the idea of them not even being 30 and being old.

"Can I sleep with you tonight?" King asked and she smiled.

"Of course you can." She said helping him up.

He asked a series of questions as they laid there. 

"You think she's going to be chocolate like me and Zach?" King asked turning to her and she smirked.

"I would love to say yes but I doubt it."Eden said being honest.

"She's probably going to be light like me or Caesar." She said imaging how their daughter would actually look.

"I wish we could see her now." He said putting his hand on her stomach.

"Just a little while longer." She said and King smiled.

"I'm going to get big and super strong and protect you both." He said yawning.

She smirked.

He wanted to be so big already and he still hated sleeping alone.

It wasn't all the time but at least once a week he would ask to sleep with her.

"You know I'm supposed to protect you right?" she said and he smiled.

"You always do and you need a break. I promise I won't let anyone try to kidnap me ever." He said and she pulled him to her chest.

"I'm sorry you have to deal with that but let me deal with it okay? I just want you to get super smart, way smarter than you are so that way when you're big all that's waiting for you will be easy to manage." She said and he smiled.

"I can do that." He said hugging her.

"Do you think if I do that I can go back to regular school?" He asked.

"Do you want to?" She asked and he nodded. 

Eden kissed his forehead. 

"Okay." She said and he smiled.

"Momma, are we rich?" He asked and she smirked.

"In some cases yes. Not as rich as others." She looked at her son wondering if she should tell him that he had over a million collecting interests and waiting on him.

"But life isn't about money, I want you to remember that." She said and he yawned.

"What is it about?" He asked batting his eyes.

"It's about the nice things you can do for other people, some of those things don't require money. Also, the responsibility you take, it'll change as you get older." She started to yawn.

"When it's all said and done no one remembers how much money you were worth or how much you made, well except for the people who never really loved you." She said thinking of Kold.

"When you are remembered by people for all your good deeds, like building communities, donating, things like I feel like that's what it's all about. Giving back just because you can." She said and King was already asleep.

Eden smiled.

"I hope you're everything I know you can be." She kissed his cheek and fixed the blanket before closing her eyes and dozing off herself.
