The Next Day—
"Hmmm..." Anna groaned while making siksik sa kilikili ni Bongbong na akap na akap parang tarsier.
"Sleepy ka pa rin, 'nak?" Bongbong asked while caressing his daughter's hair, Anna nodded in response.
"Nasarapan talaga ng tulog 'tong baby natin!" said Liza as she got out of the bathroom and went towards the mag-ama. "Good morning, honey!" she greeted her husband na may kilig sa boses niya.
"And a good morning to you, too... my dear WIFE." he greeted back as he stated the last word in his sentence with emphasis.
Then, for some reason, Bong and Liza slowly leaned their faces closer and was about to share a soft, lingering kiss across their lips. When suddenly...
"Hep hep! Umagang tapat, nag-lalandian na po agad kayo. Wala tayo sa hotel! FYI lang pow~"
The parents couldn't help but to giggle sa sinabi ng anak nila at nakita si Anna na tila bagong gising with her arms stretching upwards.
"Nakita mo ba yun, baby? Eh, you have your eyes closed!" sabi ni Liza, her daughter giggled softly while shaking her head lightly.
"I have my lovey-dovey radar, no? Kaya kong made-detect kung naglalandian po ba kayo or whatsoever!" prangkang pagkasabi ni Anna sabay pout. "Parang awa niyo na, 'wag na wag kayong gagawa ng isa pa, jusko!" she butted in.
Natatawa na lamang sina Bongbong at Liza. "Of course not! Ikaw pa rin ang baby namin, oh! Our forever baby girl!" paglalambing ni Liza sa anak.
Annga giggled. "Well anyways, good morning, parents!" she groaned while giving her arms a good upwards stretch.
"Morning to you, too, anak." her parents shared a kiss on cheek and forehead together with their cuddles.
"Haaaaayyyyy... ang sarap ng tulog at gising ko! And it's definetly my first time— oh wait! Uhmm— can't say na first time ko nga po na matulog na kasama ko kayo. Or... I don't know..." pagdaldal naman ni Anna na dahilan kaya natatawa na lang ang mga magulang neto.
*knock knock knock~*
"Uhh, it's open!"
The door sprung open pagkatapos nang binigkas ni Anna ang mga katagang eto; revealing to be Gemma in her sleepwear, too.
"Ay! Buti naman at nagising din po kayo, tito!" bungad ni Gemma, smiling at her peripheral view of the Araneta-Marcoses sharing a moment. "Oh, ready na po ang almusal dun sa baba. Kayong tatlo lang po ang inaantay namin."
"Sure! We'll be there naman." Bongbong assured, Gemma simply nodded as she closed the door and went back downstairs.
The three of them fixed themselves and got out of the bedroom. Not long after, they arrived at the dining area with the Manalos and the SanSiVin siblings are now at the table. Naamoy na din nila yung aroma ng bacon, cheese and veggie omelette, Pinoy-styled fried rice, and warm milk that are plenty for both households to share.
"Good morning!" the family greeted them cheerily.
Anna giggled. "Good morning din po sa inyo!" she said while giving them a beso to each and everyone on the table. Including of course, Ka. Eduardo and Lynn.
The three are now settled in their places. But as always, they're doing a morning prayer with Lynn cited the grace as they began to eat with chikahan.
"Hey! Ngayon na pala ang recognition day mo, buch. Right?" tanong ni Sandro kay Anna.
