Taehyung and Jungkook were lying together in a warm embrace, with Jungkook resting his head on Taehyung's chest. Taehyung had one arm wrapped securely around Jungkook, holding him close. The room was silent, and they were simply enjoying the peaceful moment together, feeling content in each other's presence without the need for words.Suddenly, a knock on the door interrupted their quiet moment. Both Taehyung and Jungkook looked towards the door, slightly startled. Taehyung sighed inwardly, realizing they would have to get up. He noticed the door was locked from the inside and gently shifted Jungkook to the side, indicating he needed to get up. Jungkook pouted slightly, not wanting to leave their cozy position, but Taehyung smiled at the sight. He couldn't help but chuckle softly at Jungkook's adorable expression.Leaning in, Taehyung placed a quick, affectionate kiss on Jungkook's pout before heading to the door. Jungkook's eyes widened slightly at the unexpected kiss, and he watched as Taehyung walked to the door and unlocked it. When Taehyung opened the door, he was met by one of the maids.

She bowed respectfully and informed him, Mrs. Kim has called everyone downstairs.

Taehyung nodded coldly in acknowledgment, not particularly pleased to have their quiet time interrupted.

He then turned back into the room, closing the door behind him. He looked at Jungkook, who was still sitting on the bed, and sighed. They both knew they had to go downstairs, but neither was eager to leave the comfort of their moment together.

Taehyung then says, "Let's go downstairs, Jungkook."

Jungkook nods, and they head downstairs. They see that everyone else is already gathered, including J-Hope, Kai, Mr. Kim, Namjoon, and Yoongi.

Taehyung frowns at Namjoon and Yoongi and says, "Hyung, how did you guys get here so early? The office hours aren't even over yet."

He frowned as he spoke.Before they could reply, Mrs. Kim said, I called everyone here.

Taehyung looked at her in disbelief and sarcastically asked, "Can I know why?"Mrs. Kim, with a big smile, replied, My daughter and son-in-law are coming. Everyone should be here to welcome them.

Everyone looked at Mrs. Kim in disbelief.

Jimin, standing beside Jin in a cranky mood, whispered to him, Because of her daughter, my sleep is ruined.

Jin glared at him and said, Be quiet.

Taehyung then angrily responded, "You called them from the office to welcome these so-called people? Do you even know how much work there is at the office? Do we all look that free to you?

Jennie, who had been sitting quietly, replied to Taehyung with a smirk, Oh, there's so much work at the office? Then what are you doing here at home? As a CEO, you should be at the office, but you're here following Jungkook around like a dog.

Taehyung looked at Jennie angrily and said, "Mind your own business, and start counting your days. You're going to leave this house very soon." He smirked as he saw the bothered expression on Jennie's face.

After the heated exchange, Namjoon turned to Mrs. Kim spoke up, trying to reason with her. "Mom, did you really call us all here just to welcome them? You know how much work we have at the office. And Jennie, as for Taehyung's work, he's the CEO, and he rarely takes a day off. He deserves at least a day or two off.

He defended Taehyung, though it was clear that he cared for his brother, Namjoon  sometimes got irritated by Taehyung's behavior.

Mrs. Kim, not wanting to back down, raised her voice, Everyone be quiet!  My daughter is coming after so long, and you can't leave your work for one day?
