Fynn

Eliana walks around the room, looking around.

A smile is written all over her beautiful face.

"I love this", she touches the frame details on the white wall.

I think they are called wall penals.

"It's so pretty", she looks around the empty living room.

Her boots clacker on the wooden floor as she walks around.

We've looked at so many houses so far.

For the past half year we've been searching for a house to live in.

Eliana graduates in about two months.

Until then we wanted to move in together.

I wanted to move in together with her right after we got married, but she thought it would be easier if she stayed in her dorm until she graduated.

Partly because it's closer to class and partly because she loves living with Leah.

Who am I to say no to her living with a best friend?

It's her decision.

And it's not like she'll live with her forever.

She walks up to me, wrapping her arms around my torso.

I wrap mine around her waist.

"And?", I ask, "what's wrong with this one?"

She tilts her head, "Fynn."

"Alright, alright."

"I just want a perfect home for us."

"I know, I know."

"And this", she looks out the door that leads to a garden, "this is perfect."

"It is?"

Finally.

Only took her a half year.

But this house is indeed nice.

Five bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower and two with a bathtub and one extra toilet, a kitchen that's connected to the living room with lots of room, a balcony in the master bedroom and a garden.

A garden was really important for her.

She walks to the opened door, looking at the terrace and the grass behind it.

She walks out, her heels clacking on the beige tiles.

She wanted a garden for our kids and for her to have a little vegetable garden.

"I can already see myself enjoying here", she points to the garden.

I watch her from the door.

"There will lie a cute blanket and I will sit there, reading the bible. A little girl will run up to me, hugging me. She'll sit down next to me. I'll read the bible out for her, caressing the bump in my belly", she hugs herself.

"Thank you Lord for placing this dream into my head", she sniffs, "I can't wait to be a mama."

I walk up to her, hugging her from behind.

She rests her head against my chest.

"You'll be the worlds best mama."

She chuckles as a tear rolls down her cheek.

I wipe it away.

"I want this house."

"Done."

She turns around in between my arms, laying her hand on my chest, "but we can't get it."
