7. A whole New World 🧚‍♀️

They walk out through the portal with an electric feel. Alex's eyes are closed. His squeezes Ned's hand slightly as they walk out.

The Knight's nakedness is covered with a brown tunic,black pants and sandals.

Alex opens one of eyes and catches a glimpse of a whole new World. He opens both his eyes in astonishment and delight.

The pink sky fills with shining star sets a magical atmosphere. He watches in delight as he beholds beautiful creatures. The elves in their intimidating height,pointy ears and their varying colors,the tiny fairies in all their glittery glory,the noble unicorn stead's and so much more.

" Where are we?," Alex asks.

" We're still in Khaleria," Ned answers with a smirk.

" This is... impossible!," Alex said in disbelief. " If this is Khaleria then where have I been living?," he asks.

" In Khaleria...the fake version of khaleria. What ever you see and have seen is nothing but an illusion created the king; to hide our kingdom from... predators," Ned explains.

" So while other kingdoms are suffering and finding ways to end the void.. you're all here hiding?," The knight said in a form of attack.

" It's not our fault that the other kingdoms didn't see it fit to protect themselves from that monster," Ned said with a cold look as he stiffens his jaw muscles.

The knight scoffs.

Alex walks a bit forward and admires the different shapes,sizes and designs lined up on the narrow streets made with precious stones.

" So this has been here the entire time?," Alex says.

Ned walks to him and places his hand on his shoulders and smiles. His eyes turn pink and then he whistles loudly.

Three magic carpets soar through the air and answer the call of his whistle.

" Whoa!," An amused Alex chuckles as the carpet fly's round him, playing with him.

The carpets lie in front of them.

" hop on," Ned says with the smile.

Hesitantly Alex steps on his magic carpet. He let's out a scream as the carpet swoops him on it and floats up.

Ned laughs.
" You should have seen your face," He laughs harder.

Alex smiles.

" hang on!," Ned said. He then whistles a melody and then the carpets take off into the pink sky.

" Whooa!," Alex let's out,out of excitement and the push of adrenaline.

He welcomes the warm breeze of magical air on his entire body.

The carpets glides effortlessly, carrying them over breathtaking landscapes. He looks down at the beautiful creatures down below,the faires fly along him... giggles and sounds of whooshing pixie dust delights his ears.

Below,a tapestry of rolling hills, shimmering lakes with divine water creatures diving in and out of the water, dense forests with colorful trees,punctuated by glittering waterfalls and towering spires.

They start approaching a building,a towering structure made of beautiful marbles,gold and precious stones that radiate an outwardly aura.

The carpets begins it's descent; gently dropping at the entrance.

They hop of the carpets and the carpets fly off in different directions.

There's a towering brown door in front of them with a fairy symbol on the door.

" What is this place?," Alex asks.

" This is where all creatures come too when they're looking for answers...or they just want to chill out," Ned said.

He steps in front of the door. He closes his eyes and focuses deeply. He opens them abruptly and fire blazes on his hands. He shoots them at the fairy symbol and it lights up. There's a clicking sound. A loud thud is heard. The door creaks open, revealing a sparling hall.

" Come in," Ned said joyfully.

Alex gulps and walks in.

" Welcome to fairytopia!," Ned said with his arms spread wide.

" Whoa," Alex gasps.

It looks like a library because of the amount of arranged shelves and flying books soar through to each shelf. They're just arranging themselves in their respective category actually.

There's a long red carpet that goes on to the never ending hall.

On each side they're chairs and tables. The environment is busy; the chatters,the giggles and fine conversations.

" Come on," Ned gestures.

Alex hurriedly follows after him. They walk further down the hall and stand in the middle that had a maze symbol on it.

" What's going to happen now?," Alex asks.

" waiiiiiiiiitttt for iiiiiiiiit," Ned says... clearly not able to contain his excitement.

" What is happening right....NOWWW!," he screams as they're suddenly beamed up.

Alex screams the whole way up.

With heavy pants Alex float's up without direction. They're now in a cloudy place. The clouds are full and yellow. And at the middle is something that shines so bright they couldn't even look it.

" What is that?," Alex said as he covers his face.

He looks at it for a moment and it seems fo draw him in. His ears block out every form of sound. The only thing he could hear was the humming of the light.

He unconsciously moves to the book. There's no stairs, there's absolutely nothing but shinning yellow clouds where they are.

The closer he gets to the light,the more it shines.

He reaches out to touch it. Using the tip of his finger,he dips into the light and feels a hardcover. It's a book. Suddenly,the book opens with an explosion of colorful lights.

" Just as she said," Ned said to himself as he looks in awe.

The book lies gently on Alex's hand. Once the light dims,he sees different pictures that illustrates past events.

" What are these?," he asks.

Ned flies closer to him and sees the images.

" These are the events of the past. They were written so that the one who will liberate the world of the void... will know what he's dealing with," Ned said..staring at Alex.

" Who is the one to stop the void?," Alex asked softly.

" You," Ned drops on him.

Alex looks back to the images before him.

" It's time you knew," Ned said putting a hand on his shoulder.
