21. Fell in a hole 🧚🏾‍♂️

Soaring fiercely in the air,the loop through clouds as they find their way to the kingdom of Dormatian with the aid of the magic book.

Their expression's become more stiff as the clouds start getting dark blue. They've reached.

The kingdom of Dormatian was known for its gold and the love of the color blue. That's why their attires are different shade of blue and at least a gold ornament or part of their clothing.

Alex and Elias look down to see if they could sight any void knights.

" Are you seeing anything?," Alex asks..his air moving in rhythm to the breeze.

" No...I think we need to get closer," Elias answers.

Diana let's out a low growl.

" You can do that?"

Elias looks at him confused.

" You can understand her?," Elias asked with a confused expression.

" Surprisingly,yes!"

She low growls again.

" There's no one?"

" What is she saying?," Elias asked.

" Well,first she says she can zoom down there with her vision to get a closer look. And now she's saying there's no one there...not a single individual," Alex said.

" I guess the void has been here," Elias said.

" Take us down please," Alex says politely.

She descends down,her massive wings beating the air, creating a small whirlwind that stir up dirt. With a final flap of her wing,her feet touches down,she heaves a breath as she balances on the ground,her tail swinging left to right.

Alex slides down her scaly back and Elias follows after. With a light thud,Alex lands on his feet.

With caution,her takes in his surroundings. The atmosphere is thick and fog like,bathed slightly in blue color.

They're cornered by damaged buildings smudged with black purple claw markings that show that something traumatizing took place here.

The air is chilly and skin crawling, little cool breeze blows in this stiff atmosphere.

" This place looks deserted," Alex says, panting a little bit at the dreadful sight before him.

" The void really did something here," Elias said seriously.

Diana transformers back into a human. Her massive wings fold inward,her scales melting into a skin. Her massive dragon body shrinks and her long black hair flows from her scalp. Her burning ember eyes now becoming brown and loving. Her claws retract into well filed nails and toes. Some scales on her leg trickle down her ankle as they melt into a brown high heel shoe.

" We should leave," Elias said as he looks around,his survival instincts heightened.

" I just transformed back!"

Alex tilts his head and smiles. Suddenly,the ground start's shaking under them,they stumble as their balance are been thrown off. It's like the ground seems to rise and tilts to the right, making them slide to the right.

With grunts and gasps they slide to the right,it tilts again making them slide to the right..Then it settles on the middle.

" What was that?," Alex asks with shaky breath,his hair out of place.

The ground quakes before them again. It goes silent again for a while...then cracking sound comes into their hearing.

" What's cracking?," Diana asks quietly.

A crack line surrounds them and BOOM! They fall into the ground. They scream loud as they fall into the dark hole. The hole then automatically fills up..
