Alex stands on his two feet. He looks around all the equipment surrounding him...small trampolines,a particular section of hanged weapons and wood cut outs to pose as enemies.
“ This is...unreal,” Alex chuckled.
Elias and Diana walk forward.
“ You guys are here to?,” Alex said with a smile.
Diana answers with a smile.
“ Where else should we be?,” Elias asked with a scrunched face.
“ Welcome to the training ground. The place for training,” Sir Azure Knight introduced.
“ This place is so awesome...I love the sky,” Alex said happily.
“ So,I hope you're ready?,” Sir Azure Knight asked.
Alex takes in a deep breath.
“ I am more than ready,” Alex said feeling determined.
“ Great.... let's get started,” Sir Azure Knight.
Alex smiles as he follows behind Sir Azure Knight. He passes Elias and a sweet fragrance entices Elias's nose.
“ Hmm..you smell nice,” Elias whiffed.
“ I know right. The two men who bathe me really know soaps. And they surprisingly soft hands,” Alex said.
Elias smiles...then he realizes what Alex just said.
“ Wait,men!,” Elias eyes go wide.
“ We're gonna go straight to the point and start training on your powers,” Sir Azure Knight said. “ Can you show a bit of a display?,” he asks.
“ Display what?,” Alex asked cluelessly.
“ Your... powers,” Sir Azure Knight said.
“ Right!....I don't know exactly know how to do that”
“ What do you mean?,” Sir Azure Knight asked.
“ I've never been really able to do it on command. It always shows up or like manifests when I'm in a life threatening situation,” Alex said.
“ Okay....that might be a problem,” Sir Azure Knight sighed. He strokes his chin thinking of a the next step. “ Okay...I have an idea,” he said snapping his fingers. He takes his staff and walks to Alex. “ Stretch forth your favorite hand,” Sir Azure Knight.
“ Favorite hand?,” Elias commented quietly.
“ I don't really know which hand to choose...do I go with left or right?,” Alex thought.
“ Just pick one!,” Sir Azure Knight hurried.
Alex quickly stretches his right.
“ What are you going to do?,” Alex asks.
“ The energy I'm about to release on your hand will travel to your mind and highlight what activates your powers,” Sir Azure Knight said as his staff hovers over his wrist. Humming blue energy drips from his staff onto his wrist. The liquid like energy travel through his veins... showing his veins in a blue cover. Alex shivers as the energy travels through his veins to mind.
“ It will only take a minute before it starts to work,” Sir Azure Knight says.
“ In the mean time,I need you to focus Alex. Let the energy flow to your mind. Let it show you what makes you tick.” Sir Azure Knight said.
Alex closes his eyes and adjusts himself to be one with the cold sensation traveling through his body.
His vision zooms in blue color... memories flashing through his mind. From the very first time he used his powers plays in his mind. Then slowly, different scenarios of when he uses his power rush through his mind.
On the outside,he looks pained and disturbed. His breathing pace increasing.
“ Whoa...” Elias said with concern as he sees Alex's facial expressions.
“ It's working.” Sir Azure Knight said proudly.“ I mean it's either that or his brain cells are frying and he's slowly dying,” he said casually.
“ What!?” Elias exclaims.
The flashes in Alex's mind get faster and flash more...and it seems another picture might be coming into play. It's getting darker... he's feeling dread. On the outside, he's sweating profusely.
“ I don't think Alex is okay?,” Diana said with worry.
“ Alex?,” Elias called out softly and with concern.
Elias stretches his hand to Alex. He places his hands on his shoulders and shakes him.
“ Alex?,” Elias calls out again.
Alex jolts his eyes open with a gasp.
“ Are you okay?,” Elias asked with concern.
“ Yeah..I just uh...the energy thingy really worked,” Alex said sweating profusely.
“ Did you get anything?...did you see anything?” Sir Azure Knight asked.
“ Um...yeah...yes I did,” he answers.
“ So....?"
“ Well, it turns out whenever I'm in a life or death situation...it acts out," Alex says. “ Either that or whenever Elias or Diana is in trouble,”
“ Huh...” Sir Azure Knight thinks for a moment.“ So...if I hurt one of them...your powers will...act out?,” he asks.
“ Yeah, pretty much,” Alex said.
Sir Azure Knight turns stiffly to them.
“ Why is he looking at us like that?,” Diana whispered to Elias.
“ I don't know but I don't like it,” Elias whispered back.....
