"What's your name?" Ella asked that man when he just opened his eyes. He closed his tightly and leaned his head at the back of the chair as his head was paining like hell.

He tried to get up from the chair but his hands and legs were tied up with the chair. He tried to jump but was pulled back with the chair to the ground causing a sound, 'Baam! Baam!'

He said something loudly and angrily but it wasn't clear as Ella placed a tape over his mouth.

When he began to shout, she removed the tape.

"Who are you?" that man asked.

"My name is Ella. I'm Jason's wife. Now that you know my name and my relation, I think you also know why I kidnapped you. Answer everything I ask you or else you'll cry for death," Ella warned him. She leaned closer to him.

The man chuckles, "What do you think? Am I roadside Romeo? I wasn't doing it so that they would open the door. I knew you would come and take me somewhere from your secret rooms. I have a tracker attached to my body" He leaned closer to her. As there was only a single light working which was on the table, when the light made his face clear, "They might have known, what you really are. All your secrets will open up"

"What secrets?" Ella asked.

The man smirked, his eyes gleaming with mischief. "Oh, don't play with me, Ella. You know exactly what I'm talking about. The whispers in the shadows, the little tales that dance around your name like moths to a flame. You've built your empire on secrets, and I'm here to peel back the layers."

Ella crossed her arms, trying to maintain her composure despite the unease creeping up her spine. He leaned back in his chair, relaxing. "I've seen the way you operate. You're not just a player; you're the queen on the board. And every queen has her vulnerabilities, don't you?"

They both went silent. The light flicker was creating more tension at the scene. The darkness and their eye contact were making the scene more intense.

Ella broke the tension and said mischievously, "Look at your hand, fool. The things you came up with, will never work. If a person has a lot of secrets, he or she must know all the secrets of their enemy first." That man's right wrist was covered with a bandage.

"I removed your transmitter at the house. Now tell me who sent you?" She continued with a tone.

"I'll not speak anything. You guys, always pretend that you are saving this world, but I see through the façade. Your true motive is to destroy it. Don't think I don't know. I remember how you behaved when you first joined the NSS." That man replied.

Ella chuckles, "Listen. you don't have any option. NSS doesn't care about their agents. They really don't care whether you die or live. It's up to you now, whether to save yourself by telling the truth or calling blood death." She paused a little and said, "I'm asking you this last time, WHO. SENT. YOU.?"

"I am the party of my own. I might not be a queen like you but I also don't have a queen above me" he replied.

"Then what you were doing with Indie?" Ella asked in anger. She ground her teeth, stood up, and pulled him a little by holding his shirt's collar.

"My business," he said mischievously and chuckled.

Ella left the collar, turned, and strolled towards the cabinet. She took a small vial and from it filled a hypodermic needle. Flicked it and removed some amount of liquid from that needle to remove the air spaces. She walked back to the table and kept the needle on that table. She rolled up the sleeves of her shirt while walking towards that man.
