Day 3 of a 30 day poem challenge
The prompt? Time*******
Time
One day
One week
One month
Then another year's gone
Blurred together like the pages of a flipping book
No chapters skipped, no paragraphs missedIf only I could rewatch the memories
The moments when time comes to a standstill
But instead they're burned into my mind
Fading more and more as seconds tick byEach present moment feels like honey
Slowly inching past, little by little
Then you blink, and another day's gone
And nothing's different
But when you look back
Everything has changed
