"Perfection is impossible. It's against the law of reality."

Then explain to me how some people break these laws, and then use it to their own advantage.

Jealousy
What once was us
Is now you and her
and what once was love
Is now loneliness

I never liked her, you know
Too kind
Too sympathetic
Too much of a "good friend"
Somehow experiencing everything we have
Who knows how many are lies?

The more I think about it, the more my stomach burns
The more I contemplate, the more I feel it grow

But the jealousy isn't one where I think she's too good
It's one where I know that I'm not good enough
It's not that I think she's stealing you from me
It's that I know you'd give yourself over with pleasure
Because she's perfect

And how could I ever compete against perfection?
