Anywho we got kinda a shitty poem today (my apologies yall) but it's the first week of school and im tired af and have no inspiration sooooooo yeah but anyway im actually so glad its the weekend istg im gonna die this year

Schizophrenic
Sometimes
I enter a different reality
One in my head
One that doesn't really exist
But it does to me - at least in the moment
I can't tell what differs this world
From the one I live in
Until I wake up to my name being called
A face in front of mine
"Hey, you paying attention?"
I can only nod
I may be sitting in the right seat
And I may be looking in the right place
But although my body is in the room
My mind has wandered
Further than anyone's line of sight could reach
Some people say it's all in my head
And some people just stare until they catch themselves staring
But they all think I'm going insane
Crazy
Berserk
Haywire
"You're schizophrenic."
And maybe I am.
