So I found this one journal that I wrote in all the time last year, and apparently I ended up doing a 30 day writing challenge in it. For day 28, the prompt was "falling in love" and reading it over, it's actually kind of deep T-T. It's super short but I wanted to put it in here anyway because of how crazy poetic it is.

Falling In Love
You know you love someone when you fall for their everything, because they become your everything
Every thought that runs through your mind comes to a stop because it turns into a thought about them
You tell yourself that they can't be yours, because they love too many and too many love them
They become so special to you that you convince yourself you aren't special enough for them, no matter what
You tell yourself that you'll never be special enough, and you let that burn you from the inside out
Every smile, every laugh, every glance, and you fall
Over
And over
Until you think you can't fall any further
But then they prove you wrong
And you wonder how much you really mean to them, because it couldn't be any more than they mean to you
