—The start
Despite being placed in a random car with random people Ji Hui didn't seem nervous nor suspicious.
Despite this being a horror setting as well as a special hidden dungeon.
It didn't seem to faze Ji Hui but one could imagine the people before him that possibly got killed by this scenario.
Ji Hui didn't have time to worry about that though.
"Aren't you being quite quiet today?"
"Something wrong buddy?" The older man glanced at him through the rear view mirror with a gentle smile.
But with that look Ji Hui felt harsh stares.
It felt as if he did something suspicious he would be devored by these 'people.'
It seemed that there was another type of danger that he should look out for in addition to the haunted house.
He regretting coming with Kim Dokja once again.
It seemed as if he kept getting scammed for more than its worth.
"just tired." Ji Hui said in a natural tone as if he didn’t feel these stares piercing into his body.
Ji Hui wasn't nervous but that didn't mean he'd let his guard down during this scenario.
But his first mission is to somehow summon pancake once again as an additional safetly measure.
The 'people' seemed to belive that he wad the real Liam that as the stares stopped and the car fell back into a normal atmosphere.
This dungeon was indeed special.
Ji Hui hadn't seen the Constellations windows so he guessed that it couldn't accessed by them due to some error or special nature.
But he wouldn't worry about that for now.
"Aren't you just scared?" Adam said as he poked the little boy's arm with his elbow.
Adam seemed to he the most alive when he was teasing his younger siblings which he enjoyed the most.
It wad probably often due to his mother's scolding.
"Quit teasing him Adam. You know your little brother is scared of ghost!" The mother said to the teenager while the little girl beside him rolled her eyes.
The little girl didn't seem to want to interact with her family much longer as she opened up her tablet.
The teenager beside him teased him a bit longer ignoring his mother's scolding and Ji Hui played the annoyed little brother role until Adam got bored of it.
Then the car fell back into a silence besides the parents speaking to eachother.
Ji Hui felt tired already.
...
With Kim Dokja :
Kim Dokja had stood in front of the poster as he tried to active it the same Ji Hui in hope's of rescuing him.
Shit.
But it had no effect.
"What do we do Ahjussi?" Lee Jihye sais worried as she knew how much her master treasures this little kid.
She could see his reaction already.
"What should we do, Dokja-ssi?" The group were all worried but knew they couldn't do anything.
Kim Dokja had no choice but to keep going despite the worry for Ji Hui being alone in one of these dungeons.
"For now, let's go upstairs." The group was worries but didn't refute his words.
Kim Dokja placed one last look at the poster that went to normal once again and then began walking upstairs.
The two ladies that followed seemed to be in a mood to talk despite the missing Ji Hui.
"Jihye, was it? So you're a sword user too?"
"Yes, I like the sword."
"That's right! Nothing beats the sword."
"Cutting with it is the best feeling." Jung Heewon had a serious but excited expression on her face that was matched by Lee Jihye.
"So you get that feeling as well, unnie?"
The girls kept speaking at some point even bringing Kim Dokja into it until Lee Gilyoung tugged Kim Dokja.
"Shh, There's someone else here."
The group tenses as they paused where they were. Both Lee Jihye and Jung heewon holding the hills of their swords.
"What's this? All of them are torn?"
"Every single one?"
"There's one left!"
There was a group of people standing infront of a poster some uneasy and another confident in something.
"...You sure about this? There's a lot here."
"Of course. I paid the 'prophets' 1,000 coins for this information."
Kim Dokja couldn't help but think what Ji Hui would think if here here.
"Who are they? I've never seen them in Chungmuro." Lee Jihye whispered to Kim Dokja.
"They probably cane from above-ground through the subway exits."
Lee Jihye was suprised and couldn't help but exclaim. "Above ground?! But there's nothing but poisonous fog there, right? And the scenario.."
"Different stations have main scenarios that move at different rates. Their scenario probably ended before ours."
"The poison can be countered with ground rats meat anyway." But that wasn't what confused Kim Dokja.
Who where the prophets?
But his train of thought was stopped as the same light engulfed the group and they dissappeared from in front of the poster.
It was the same thing that had happened with Ji Hui.
