Your POV

"O-Owari?" I asked.

He nodded his head and nuzzled his head against my cheek. I smiled and hugged him back.

"I miss the hell out of you" I said and took a look at his whole body. He was getting bigger, he was already three fourths as big as Jiyū.

Jiyū....

'How would I explain to Owari about Jiyū?' I thought sadly and looked down.

Owari noticed my sadness and nuzzled me again.

"I'm sorry Owari..... Jiyū died saving me" I said quietly.

Owari took a step back a looked down, in his eyes were sadness and he grunted. He glared at a tall tree and ran at it.

With brute force the tree was knocked down and I stared at him in awe. Owari trotted back to me and had grief in his eyes.

"Don't worry, he had a proper burial. I promise that this madness will end" I said and pet him.

"Your also probably not going to like what I did but.... I kind of joined the dragon hunters" I said nervously and Owari mouth gapped open.

He turned his head away from me.

"I know, you're really mad at me but... There's one person that are different than the rest" I said and hugged him.

"He is really different than the rest" I whispered. Owari gave up and rested his head on my shoulder.

I punched him on his shoulder blade. Owari looked at me funny.

"You scared off my prey" I pouted at him. "I was hunting that deer" I said.

Owari spreaded his wings and kneeled down. I laughed a little and climbed on top of his back. Owari flew into the night sky and we scan the forest for the deer.

"Shh, I think I see it" I said, pointing to the deer which was in the middle of a meadow.

We landed in the shadows and I silently climbed off of him and took out my bow.

"Stay here" I said quietly and walked closer.

I breathed quietly and grabbed a arrow. I notched it with my bow, with a quick release the arrow flew and end up in its head.

I ran up to it and pulled the arrow out. I grabbed it by its antlers and looked at it.

"Come on Owari, you got to help me carry this back" I said and Owari walked by me. I slung the deer on his back and held onto it so it wouldn't fall off.

Within a a few minutes we reached the camp. Owari landed silently and I dragged the deer away by the fire pit.

I walked over to Owari.

"You know you can't stay and I don't want them to capture you" I said and smoothed his scales.

Owari gently nudged his head to mines.

"I know I'm going to miss you but I'll visit you every night" I whispered in his ear.

"But come on, let's hunt. You're probably hungry" I said and climbed onto his back again.

"Ok go" I said to Owari. He charged and caught a rabbit in his mouth.

"Now I don't have to hunt for you" I laughed and petted him. "Well I have to go" I said and climbed onto his back and flew to the camp site.

For the whole night I've been teach Owari how to hunt for himself.

"I promise to visit you every night but you have to hide in the forest" I said and pet his scales. Owari ruffle my hair a bit and flew away.

I tiredly walked into my tent and fell asleep.

"Oi F/n wake up"

My eyelids dropped opened and found Auruo, Erd and Gunther in my tent.

"Did I do something wrong?" I asked while rubbing my eyes.

"We just came here to tell you that breakfast is ready..." Gunther said.

"And you should join us..." Erd said sheepishly.

"Tch, hurry up so we can eat together" Auruo said and they all walked out of my tent.

'They're acting strange?' I thought but changed into a white shirt and black pants and boots then went outside where everybody was looking at me.

I looked at them back and sat down, I bit my lip when I felt my wound sending pain through out my body.

I suppressed the pain and took a bowl. I then looked at all of them who were staring at me.

I set the bowl down.

"Why the hell are you guys staring at me" I said with a annoyed tone.

"Thanks..." They all said at once.

"Thanks for what exactly?" I raised my eyebrows.

"For the deer.... We knew you were hunting all night because we've been treating you wrong..." Erd mumbled.

"Tch" Auruo said.

"We're sorry" They all said and Levi came out of his tent.

"I guess you ain't half bad" Auruo said but I took it as a compliment.

"What's all the ruckus" he said with a glare and sat down.

"Nothing" I replied with a smile.

"Does that mean you guys accept me now for who I am?" I asked them.

"Tch, I guess" Auruo said.

"Y-Yea" Gunther and Erd said with a small blush on their faces. Petra smiled and nodded at me.

Levi just sat on the log, wondering what the hell happened.

"Itadakimas!" I clapped my hands and ate the food.

Night fell and I made a quick visit to Owari and then walked to Levi's tent.

I was waiting until Levi walked in and he immediately noticed my presence.

"What are you doing here?" He demands.

I couldn't help but smile at him. I walked up to him and wrapped my arms around his torso and laid my head on his chest.

Levi's body froze from the sudden affection and I pulled away.

"I just wanted to say thank you for everything" I said and walked out then went back to my tent.

I felt my cheeks and they were really warm.

'I-I shouldn't get embarrass!' I mentally scold myself and climbed onto bed.

I was about to drift to sleep until a sudden question popped into my mind.

'Levi's a dragon hunter.... and I'm a dragon rider.....' I thought.

'Why hasn't he killed me yet?'
