Third Person's POV:

"I can't believe I let you drag me here," Gaby said as they walked into the Splasharama Waterpark.

"Oh c'mon, it'll be fun," Sam said, grabbing her hand and taking her over to where Moon and Yasmin were sitting.

Once they were both sitting, Sam reached into her bag and pulled out a book. "Here," she said, handing Gaby the book, "I brought a book for you to read, just in case you don't want to get in the water."

"Thanks, Sam," Gaby smiled, "I appreciate it."

"So," Moon said, "How are you doing, Gaby? We haven't heard anything from you since...well, you know"

"Yeah, I mean last time I saw you, you were acting kinda psycho-"

"Yasmin!" Moon shouted, slapping her shoulder, "You can't say that!"

"No, it's okay, Moon. She's right," Gaby said, "To answer your question, I'm okay, or at least I'm trying my best to get there. I'm sorry for how I acted before."

"Dude, it's fine," Yasmin replied, "It's not like we haven't all been total bitches at some point."

Gaby chuckled, "You and me especially."

"Yeah exactly," Yasmin laughed.

Gaby sighed and leaned back against the pool chair, opening up the book. As much as she didn't want to admit it, it was nice to just sit down with some friends and relax. With everything that's been going on, she can't even remember the last time she got to do that, the last time she was able to just sit down and breathe.

Though, maybe she spoke too soon because just as she was about to start reading the book, she heard someone shout, "Hey, babe!"

Looking over, Gaby saw Eli and Miguel walking over to them, her face turning as white as a ghost.

Moon glanced at her and Sam and quickly started apologizing, "Oh my gosh, I totally forgot they were coming. I'm so sorry, I can tell them to leave."

"No, it's fine," Sam shook her head, "I mean, Miguel and I are still friends."

Gaby forced a smile on her face, "Yeah, don't worry about it, Moon."

As the two boys walked over to them, Gaby stood up from her chair. "Eli, I-"

"Miguel said you left Cobra Kai," he said, interrupting her, "Is that true?"

She glanced over at Miguel, seeing his encouraging smile, and responded, "Yeah, I'm done with Cobra Kai."

Eli stared at her for a moment, before quickly pulling her into a hug. "You don't know how much I've missed you, Gabs."

"I missed you too," she said as she hugged him back, her eyes tearing up, "I'm so sorry for everything I did. I'm so sorry."

"It's okay," he reassured as they pulled away from the hug, "I did a lot of fucked up shit too. I'm just glad to have you back. Binary besties right?"

Gaby laughed, wiping away a few tears, "Right."

"So," Miguel said, clapping his hands, "Have you guys checked out any of the waterslides? Eli and I were thinking of going on the Typhoon, it's supposed to be sick."

"Moon and I are just here to get a tan," Yasmin said.

"Yeah," Moon agreed, "I don't think I'm gonna want to get in the water today, babe, sorry."

"No it's okay, don't worry about it," Eli reassured her, before turning to Gaby and Sam, "What about you guys?"

"Well, I didn't bring a bathing suit or anything. I was kind of just planning on sitting here and reading," Sam answered, "But maybe Gaby wants to?"
