1.8) Molting Part: II

Third Person's POV:

Sam and Gaby are laying down on pool chairs when they hear bamboo ornament rattle.

"Oh, hey," Sam said when she saw a boy standing by the gate.

"Hi. Sorry, I was... I was looking for Mr. LaRusso. He's been training me back here in the dojo," He explained.

"Oh, so you're Robby?" Gaby said.

"Uh, yeah."

"Then I should thank you. He tried roping me into it," Sam said.

Robby laughed and looked at Sam, "So you must be the daughter he talks about all the time."

Sam smiled, "I would hope so. I'm Sam and this is Gaby."

"I'm Robby, but you already knew that."

"Oh, look at this. My current student and my former students. You know, if you two want to join us, there's still time," Uncle Danny said as he walked in.

"I'm actually going to the mall with Mom and Grandma," Sam said.

"And I have plans, sorry Uncle Danny," Gaby said.

"It's alright, Gaby. And that's good, Sam. Just text me if there's any bloodshed. Robby, give me a hand with this. We're going to take the SUV. Goodbye, you two."

"Bye Dad/Uncle Danny," Gaby and Sam said.

Robby smiled at the girls, "It was nice meeting you two."

"You too," Sam said.

"Yeah, and, uh... Good luck with the tree, by the way," Gaby said before Uncle Danny called for Robby.

"Alright, I should get going," Gaby said.

"Where are you going anyway?"

"Hawk, Miguel, Aisha, and I are going to the movies."

"Ooo, that sounds like fun," Sam as she cupped Gaby's cheek and giving her a small kiss.

"Okay, bye Sam. See you later, that is, if you make it out alive."

Sam giggled, "Bye, Gaby."

Gaby, Aisha, Miguel, and Hawk were sitting down in the movie theater.

"Wait, since when are you dating Sam?" Aisha asked.

"A few days ago. I don't know what I'm gonna do?"

"So Mr. LaRusso and Sensei have beef, what's that have to do with your relationship?" Miguel asked.

"Everything, Miggy. I've known Danny my entire life. The other day he, his mom, and his cousin were bashing Sensei and Cobra Kai. He told us to stay away from the people associated with the dojo. I'm in the dojo; therefore, when he finds out, he's going to want Sam to stay away from me. And he will find out, whether I tell him or not. He's going to be at the All Valley Under-18 Tournament, he goes every year. So it's either I tell him, or he finds out at the tournament," Gaby ranted, making sure to keep her voice down.

She put her head in her hands, "I don't know what to do."

"Don't be such a p*ssy and tell him. If he'll find out anyway, he might as well find out from you. Also, you and Sam are 16, do you really think she'll listen to what her dad tells her to do?" Hawk said as he threw popcorn to the girl sitting in front of them.

"You're right, but I'm scared. He's been there for me my whole life, I'm not sure I'm ready to lose him."

Miguel sighed, "Look, if you really mean that much to him, than he'll love you no matter what you do with your life. If he really does hate you for being in Cobra Kai, than he never really loved you and you're better off without him."

"I agree, if he is willing to abandone you because you're in Cobra Kai, than he just isn't not worth it," Aisha said.

"Thank you guys," Gaby said, smiling at her friends.

Out of nowhere she saw a man sitting in front of them stand up, "Who the hell did that?"

She looked at Hawk who looked nervous and slapped his arm.

Later that day, Gaby skateboarded to the LaRusso household for another dinner that she was invited to.

As she got to the door, she saw Uncle Danny and Robby there.

"Hey, guys."

Uncle Danny looked at her, "Hey, Gaby. Come on in," he said before opening the door.

"I'm Glad to see there was no bloodshed," Gaby Joked as she saw Lucille and Aunt Amanda laughing in the kitchen.

"Hey guys, Lucille made her famous chicken cacciatore," Aunt Amanda said when she noticed Robby, Uncle Danny, and Gaby standing by the dinning table.

"Yes, but with the help of your beautiful wife, Daniel," Lucille complemented.

"Oh stop," Aunt Amanda said as she and Lucille drank some wine.

"You owe me, big time," Sam said, pointing to Uncle Danny as she entered the kitchen.

"How did you do that? You know what, I don't even care. I'm hungry," He whispered to Sam before looking at Robby, "Hey, you hungry? Do you want to stay for dinner?"

"Uh, sure. Yeah, thanks," Robby said smiling at Uncle Danny.

"Come on," Gaby said, motioning for Robby to sit down at the table.

Once the dinner was set on the table, everyone started to sit down. Sam and Robby were on either side of Gaby, Aunt Amanda was directly in front of her with Lucille and Anthony on either did of her, and Uncle Danny was at the head of the table.

Pretty soon, they were all eating, talking, laughing, and have a good time.
