Third Person's POV:

A few weeks later, Gaby was walking to class when she heard a loud thud coming from the boy's bathroom. 

When she got to the bathroom she looked through the open door and saw Hawk pinning Kenny to one of the closed stall doors.

"Let him go," she said firmly.

Hawk smirked when he saw her, "No," he said tauntingly.

"Are you really so pathetic that you'd resort to picking on a 13-year old?" Gaby asked in disbelief.

"He was about to attack Bert and Nate. Y'know, the people that used to be your friends," Hawk snarled.

"Yeah, well I'm not friends with weaklings. Now let him go."

"Why don't you make me," Hawk said threateningly. 

Gaby smirked, "I don't have to, because Counselor Blatt is walking towards us and God knows what she'll do when she sees you harassing a middle schooler that's part of the annual highschool tour."

Hawk scowled at her before shoving Kenny into the stall door and turning to Bert and Nate, "Let's go."

After they left, Gaby walked over to a frightened-looking Kenny, "If they bother you again, come to me or Robby, we'll deal with them."

Kenny looked at her with confusion, "Didn't Sensei say that Cobra Kais had to fight their own battles."

"He did, but he also teaches us that Cobra Kai is family. That karate isn't just hobby, it's a way of life. As long as you're part of Cobra Kai, I have you're back," Gaby explained.

Kenny smiled gratefully, "Thanks."

"It's no problem," Gaby smiled at him before leaving the boy's bathroom and going to class.

Later that day, Gaby and Tory were stretching before Cobra Kai training when Kyler walk up to Robby. 

"Since when are they buddy-buddy?" Tory asked.

"I don't know," Gaby turned to look at them and shrugged before turning back to Tory. "Anyway, I heard there's a drive-in tonight and I thought since we haven't gone out in a while, that maybe we could go on an early Valentine's Day date; they're playing Bloodsport."

Tory smiled regretfully, "As much as I'd love that, I'm not sure I'll be able to. My new boss put me on schedule for today, and I don't know how late I'll have to work. I'm sorry."

"It's okay, you're job is more important than anything. My shift ends at 9:00 today, so let me know if you're free by then and if not then I'll work until 11:00 like usual. Either that or I'll work on homework. We can go out another time," Gaby reassured.

Tory gave her a quick kiss on the lips before saying, "Thank you for being so understanding. I'm so lucky to have you as my girlfriend."

Gaby blushed and smiled at her girlfriend before Robby and Kyler walked up to them.

The two pairs greeted each other as Gaby and Tory stood up from the floor.

When they heard the dojo's door open, they looked and saw Kenny walking in.

"Look who made it," Robby teased before noticing the frown on Kenny's face, "What's up?"

"I was at the high school today and these older kids started messing with me," Kenny said.

"Who were they?" Robby asked.

"Hawk, Bert, and Nate," Gaby answered for him.

"You were there?" Robby asked.
