A month has passed since the mission with Sara Morgan. Matteo returned to the Alliance and carried out tasks for Grand Admiral Jane Shepard with his team. They visited many places in the galaxy and defeated a mass of enemies. Shepard considered these as tests before a full-scale attack by the Alliance. He felt in his bones , that soon Jane would give them a bigger task-bigger and more dangerous than the ones he had done. Fortunately, the Grand Admiral has given them time off from combat , so the team will get a decent rest.

New York.

Matteo was in the 'City That Never Sleeps' and drank coffee in a place where today's young people of different political views and looks meet, namely Starbuck. Shep sipped Cappucino and read a newspaper. Nothing interesting in this world - only politics , politics and politics all the time. BOORING. Only something about Gaza , but Matt didn't care. Fuck politics and the whole world. You need to focus solely on yourself. He looked up at the Empire State Building. This world is stupid. Everyone is as sensitive as glass - one bad or racist insult and already cry. It used to not be like that. Stupid Internet.

Matt sipped his coffee and left the building. He went to his vehicle - a 1977 Porsche 911. It was silver in color - it was so silver that the sunlight reflected off it. The interior was dark green in color. Inside, in addition to the basics, there was a threat detection system , anti-radar , a ground-to-air launcher , extendable machine guns on the sides , a signal jammer , headlights with UV light , a registration change system , an on-board computer , a police radio , a trunk full of weapons and a tank full of gasoline. Matteo sold all the cars in his collection leaving only a few cars including this beautiful Porsche. He opened the door and stepped inside. He closed it and looked ahead. The famous yellow cabs, N.Y.P.D. police cars and various cars such as Tesla and Toyota Yaris drove by.

Matt put the keys in the ignition and turned. The roar of the engine came from the exhaust pipes. He then lowered the manual and left his parking spot. When , he drove the radio set to a Los Angeles Rock Radio station.

"Hey , it's me Captain Loggins. This song grabbed fans , at many concerts , years later it appeared in Guitar Hero , to then now in the age of the Internet appear as Jesus riding a skateboard. No kidding! Check it out on Youtube! My Dear listeners. Pearl Jam - Even Flow." After a while the song started to fly. Matt accelerated breaking the speed limit. Memories began to return to Shepard's head , so that he began to sing his own version of the song.

War crimes! I committed many of them in my life!

The blood of the people I killed flows on the ground.

My guns can not stop shooting to defenseless civilians

Defenseless civilians

Defenseless civilians.

I don't care about your ideas

Who are you?

I don't care.

You can get the fuck out of here

YEAH!

Matteo drove as fast as he could. He overtook every vehicle he encountered , while listening to his favorite song. His 'dangerous' driving caught the interest of the police. One of the N.Y.P.D. police cars decided to give chase after him. Shepard saw Crown Victoria in the mirror and turned up the music more.

"This is where fun begins!" he said, adding more power to the Porsche's engine. The old 911 could barely keep up with this supercharging. Police officers could barely keep up with Shepard's vehicle. Matty , as he drove agreed with himself - it was the best choice he made. Now his dream is to make his Porsche as famous and recognizable as the Mystery Machine from Scooby Doo , Etco-1 from Ghostbusters or the '67 Impala from Supernatural. Time to write yourself into history baby!
