The SSV Normandy was aboard the Star Destroyer 'Roscoe'. The ship was being repaired and refueled. It turned out that the Normandy was malfunctioning and that due to the numerous battles in space it was operating poorly. Technicians dealt with the damage done by the pirates. The work was difficult , but nothing in life is easy.
Matteo was in the cafeteria eating a cake. It was green , had whipped cream and a crumbly bottom. Apparently it was a chef's cake. A cup of cappucino was added to the cake. The cake was even good. It tasted good. It was not too sweet. Mhmm , a very good cake. Excellent. One Michelin star for the chef is due.
Then a person sat down at Matteo's table. He had gray hair and stubble. He was dressed in a brown suit. He looked at Shepard , taking a piece of cake into his mouth. He swallowed and gulped down his coffee.
"Dude , let me tell you , this cake rules. Totally , this cake is sweeping. I love to eat it. It's so delicious. I feel like paying the chef for the recipe." he said.
"Who the fuck are you?" Matteo asked.
"Ah , where are my manners! Mobius. Agent Mobius , nice to meet you," he stuck out his hand. Matt shook it.
"Thor. God of storms."
"Thunder comes after lightning. Kachow!" Mobius surprised Shepard. "Good , and what is your real name?"
"Matteo Lorien Shepard De Arienze" the Canadian gave his real name. Mobius' eyes widened.
"It's you! The famous Commander Shepard! I don't believe it! I can autograph it! I collect autographs of famous people!" Mobius took out of his pocket a notebook with a big gold TVA inscription and a pen. Matt took the pen and signed his name. He then handed the pen back to Mobius. The man put everything in his pocket.
"What country are you from?" Mobius asked.
"I'm from Canada. And you?"
"THE US. Canada? Not a bad country. I'm a fan of Hayden Christiensen. You were once in Toronto - not a bad city. I have to go there again someday. "
"What do you think of contemporary cinema?" Matt started a new topic.
"You know , I think movies should be made for the people , for the fans. No LGBT ideologies or Feminism. It should be pure entertainment and fun to watch. Nowadays , everything is made just for the box office. And that's not how it used to be. I still remember the good old movies. Air force one , Hunt for red October , Revenge of the Sith , Jumper. It used to be not what it is now."
"I there rarely watch movies in the cinema and have little honestly to say. But , you are right - entertainment is the most important thing." Matt admitted. Mobius took a piece of cake and ate it.
"You know what I'll tell you. I love water motorboats. Seriously! It's so addictive. Floating on the water with it. I say , you have to try it sometime. It's so addictive," Mobius extolled. Matt milked the cake and sipped his coffee.
"Thank you for talking Mobius." He got up from his chair and headed for the exit. Mobius busied himself with the cake. It's nice to meet someone.
Matt was going to the gunsmith to pick up his weapons. He couldn't remember when he did a weapons inspection. It's worth doing now rather than later , otherwise things could be worse with the weapons. It's worth insuring for the future.
Matt approached the gunsmith. He was a bald man with a mustache. His name was Porter. His girlfriend's name was Betsy and she was an FBI agent. He is brilliant and mentally handicapped at the same time. He became interested in weapons as a hobby. He is not a fan of shooting , but when it comes to disassembling weapons and looking inside it is his hobby , passion.
