Third person's pov!

Two months passed by in a blur. It was Niranjan and Anjana's thirty first wedding anniversary and a small get-together was arranged in the Agnihotri house.

Very few guests were invited. A couple of Niranjan's and Anjana's friends, Abhay's friends and Vaiga's father.

The evening was warm and filled with the gentle hum of celebration. The Agnihotri house was decorated with strings of fairy lights and elegant table settings for Niranjan and Anjana's thirty-first wedding anniversary. Guests mingled in the living room, exchanging smiles and laughter as soft music played in the background.

As the clock struck eight, everyone gathered around the cake table, where a beautifully decorated cake stood. The cake, adorned with delicate flowers and the words "Happy 31st Anniversary" in elegant script, was the centrepiece of the celebration. Niranjan and Anjana stood hand in hand, looking radiant as they prepared to cut the cake.

With a chorus of cheers, Niranjan and Anjana took a knife and sliced through the cake, sharing a piece with each other before offering it to their guests. The crowd clapped and applauded, celebrating the couple's enduring love.

Meanwhile, little Kriti, barely eleven months old, had her own plans.

She was seated in her playpen, surrounded by her toys and a small portion of cake on a small plastic table. Her curious eyes followed the adults, and she reached out with chubby fingers to grab a piece of the cake. She managed to get a handful and smeared it all over her face, giggling as the frosting spread across her cheeks and into her hair. The sight was both adorable and hilarious, and everyone laughed as Kriti's innocent mischief turned into a sweet spectacle.

In a quiet corner, Drishti and Siddhu were huddled together, their faces serious as they whispered and exchanged glances.

"Let's do it today.." Drishti said.

"Yeah. Make sure the cool drinks reach them only. Not anybody else." Siddhu added.

Their conspiracy was to use the evening to bring Abhay and Vaiga even closer together, but their plan involved spiking their drinks with mild seductive drugs.

"I am going to kill the two of you." Shravan hissed at them.

Shravan, who had caught wind of their scheming, stood nearby, glaring at them with a mix of frustration and concern. He knew Drishti and Siddhu were a formidable duo, and trying to stop them would be a challenge.

The mood in the room shifted abruptly when Vaiga suddenly fainted. The room fell silent as Abhay's voice cut through the commotion.

"Vaiga!" He called out in panic, rushing to her side as she slumped towards the floor. With quick reflexes, he caught her and gently laid her on the couch, his face etched with worry.

"Vaiga, wake up," Abhay urged, gently patting her cheeks. His heart raced as he looked around for help. "Someone get water, please."

A bottle of water was quickly handed to him, and he sprinkled it on Vaiga's face. Slowly, she began to stir, her eyes fluttering open as she looked around dizzily. Abhay's anxious eyes never left her as he held her hand.

Dr. Nina, a friend of Anjana's and a doctor by profession, stepped forward.

"Abhay, let me check on her," she said, pushing him gently aside. Though Abhay reluctantly moved, he didn't let go of Vaiga's hand.

Nina checked Vaiga's vitals and examined her eyes with a professional yet concerned demeanour.

"She looks a bit anaemic. Are your periods regular, Vaiga?" She asked, her voice filled with concern.
