The third and final time you and Bakugou ran into each other before you two became a normal part of each other's lives was at your second Sports Festival.

You were now a second year, and it was two months into your position as the new Student Council President.

When you'd won the race, you were ecstatic to say the least as was the rest of UA's regular student body.

The teachers had never seen so much excitement over someone on the council, or the council in general; Other than the truly serious students, normal high schoolers weren't really involved in student government. Midnight had even questioned Principal Nezu if the girl had a charm quirk she had cast on the whole school.

But no, you had won fair and square. You were the natural choice for the many students that had come to know about the charismatic girl that saved students and animals alike.

Many admired that type of person. Someone kind and strong, who willingly helped others despite not being in the hero course...

So when the captain of the newly formed cheerleading squad spotted your h/c hair among the busy crowd of organizers setting up the field for their performance, she breathed a sigh of relief and ran up to UA's reliable student president.

As the cheer captain explained their current dilemma of having a teammate out sick, and how that would affect the timing of the synchronization they had practiced weeks on, it was easy to coax the reliable student president to fill in the empty spot. After all, their president would never let them down!

You bashfully laughed at the hype that welcomed you when you stepped out of the locker room.

Just a half hour ago, all the members of the UA cheerleading squad had been helping you learn their routine, but the majority of the time went to making sure you'd do their grand finale in perfect sync. You supposed it went well since they complimented your quick learning; but still, you quietly prayed to the universe that nothing embarrassing would happen.

You smoothed out the soft orange fabric of the skirt.

After last year's festival unexpected performance from 1-A's students, a group of students had been inspired to rally for an official cheerleading squad.

Coincidentally, approving the cheer club had been one of your first orders of business as president. And now you were thankful you had been the one to oversee the approval of their uniform. Not that anyone but a sick pervert would have approved keeping the skimpy orange ones.

So now you donned a more appropriate version of 1-A's. Sure, you had allowed the squad a little leniency with the tightness of the top but at least your midriff was covered up.

This is where I die I guess, you wiped the embarrassed look off your face and plastered what was hopefully a cheery one when the captain gave one final encouraging speech before leading the run onto the field.

Not wanting to let the club down after all their hard work, you ran out smiling brightly and waving the pom poms in the air.

"IT'S UA'S CHEERLEEADEEEEEEERRRS," you were surprised to clearly hear Present Mic's hype over the deafening roars of the crowd.

Guess the public really liked their cheerleaders, huh.

You instinctively glanced over at the big screen when the changing images in your peripheral caught your attention, just in time to see the cameras had been on you. You turned the opposite way, chuckling nervously at the new experience.

Across the stadium, a certain blond had been staring aimlessly at the screen bored out of his mind during these breaks.

But his mind had quickly lit up when it actually, surprising even him, recognized someone on the screen.
