Propelling the door to 2-C on its hinges, UA's Secretary of the Student Council doubled over in heaves until he made intense eye contact with you at your seat.
"Shiketsu!" Was the only word that could come out of his mouth before his head hung - both from tiredness and absolute shock at the news his own class had received minutes before from the words traveling around the school.
You had immediately put all your money that it had been one of those Ketsubutsu assholes in the crowd who had run their mouths. Damn them!
Before you could rise from your desk with an enraged fist, your teacher for the next period walked in with all the calmness that didn't exist in the classroom after that name had been announced, and said you were needed in the principal's office.
You weren't about to let the two students be fed to the wolves after the outrageous disrespect from the Shiketsu boys; So you strutted your way over, paying no mind to the Secretary still catching his breath and the unusual number of people in the halls, focused solely on arguing in favor of your school.
"Prez, is it true you're transferring to Shiketsu?"
"Huh?" You turned to the person who had said that, but they seemed to have blended in with the crowd of students you hadn't noticed were following behind you.
"Are you really going?"
"What are you talking about?"
"That Shiketsu dude said they were here to recruit you."
"Recruit me?"
"When are you transferring?"
"I'm not!"
"Can you look over my request for the garden funding?"
"Of course."
"Can I bring my bunny from home?"
"Just make sure to keep it in your room."
"Can you sub in for our volleyball game on Friday?"
"Okay."
"What're you gonna do about the recruitment?"
"I still don't know what you're talking about."
"Is it true you beat up some guys yesterday?"
"Of course not!"
"Is it true you're going out with Bakugou?"
"WHAT?!"
You finally stopped before the entrance of the administration building, pinching your nose, "Get to class!"
After the crowd dispersed with mumbles between each other, you shook your head at the absurdity that had followed you, trying to bring back the original purpose for your destination. But what did they mean about a Shiketsu recruitment?
So this is what they were talking about...
You listened with a poker face to the two adults conversing before you - Principal Nezu with his gentle smile and the Director of Shiketsu High with his steely, army general-like exterior.
When you had first settled in, you were about ready to face their questions with your defense, but then - to your relief - Nezu informed you that nobody was in trouble and then the Director started presenting his piece.
He explained that they received a call, did interviews, expelled the three boys involved, and wouldn't be demanding the same be done to UA because according to his solemn expression, "Those three deserved as much punishment for the shame they brought to Shiketsu."
