It was about 1 am when Green Day dropped Anthony and Dani off at the New York Border.

"What about you guys?" Anthony asked Billie.

"We'll take a bus up to our flat." He responded.

The silence was like a piecing arrow.

"I don't know how to thank you guys enough." Dani said. The two of them had bruises and cuts and they surely needed to see a doctor.

Mike reached in his pocket and pulled out his wallet. "Take some money. I know Tom probably stole everything you're carrying."

Anthony nodded. "I'm going to try to stay out of the public for a few days. I actually don't know how I'll be out in public."

"What do you mean?" Tre asked him. Maybe Anthony was feeling tired from the trip and everything that had happened this week.

"People are going to know I look like Anthony Kiedis. That because I AM him. But when the record company thinks I died and made everyone believe this Goober guy is the real Anthony..."

Dani sighed. "Then at some point people are going to realize there's two guys who look and sound exactly like Anthony Kiedis."

Anthony looked down. "The truth has to come out at some point. I want to go back to the band, but I don't want to leave you, Dani."

"So where are you guys going?" Asked Billie.

Anthony looked back up at him. "It's up to Dani, I guess."

"Let's get as far as we can from New York. What about Sacramento?"

Anthony smiled. "I think that will do for now."

So Green Day took a bus all the way back to New York, and they realized they can't stop Douglas McDoober from being in RHCP. They can't stop Blink 182 from carrying on this drama, although they'll probably drop it on their own. ("Getting rid of all traces of Anthony and Dani.") So they went back to their flat and decided it's best to let fate play out its own demise. And on the other side, Anthony and Dani were making their way to Sacramento.
