At the Cobra Kai dojo, the Cobra Kai students were practicing when Kenny and Lucy showed up for the second time. Kyler had managed to defeat another student in a fight. "That's right!"
"Good job, Mr. Park." Kreese complimented Kyler, who started flexing his muscles, though Glenn and Emma rolled their eyes at the showboating. In fact, to say that it got their nerves was an understatement. "Do that all day!" Kyler bragged.
"Look who's back for more." Tory told Robby.
"I want another shot." Kenny told Kreese, but he countered, "I'm sorry, I don't have the time to teach weaklings."
"Give him another chance, Sensei." Candy suggested to Kreese. Ever since she found out about his bullying, she felt bad for making fun of him on the bus, and kept good on her promise to be nice to him.
"Maybe he'll surprise you." Robby told Kreese.
"All right, on the mat. Mr. Park, the older one, make this quick." Kreese had Kyler go on to the mat, which he did. "You got it, Sensei."
"Ais!" Kreese yelled, and Kyler went to throw a move at Kenny, but before he could, Kenny flinched again. "Look at him, running to mommy. Bye, you little bitch." Kyler laughed, as did others, but Kenny eventually ran to him and sent him a punch.
"Kid's fast." Tory told Robby.
"What the hell? He hit me when I wasn't looking. That's some bullshit." Kyler complained.
"You're right. He didn't line up. So that won't count as a point." Kreese confirmed.
"Sorry, I didn't know the rules." Kenny told Kreese, who responded, "That was your one chance."
"Okay." The Payne siblings then went to walk to the door, but they were interrupted. "Where you going, Mr. and Ms. Payne? Take your spot." Kreese had noticed Kenny's skill and decided to let them in.
