Meanwhile, Johnny Lawrence was in his apartment on his computer, specifically on his Facebook profile, looking up images of old memories, such as when he, his two daughters, and Miguel were still in Cobra Kai, Johnny and his students at the All-Valley Tournament, Miguel, Julia, Katie, and Johnny at a concert. "Yeah!" Johnny whispered. He even had a video of when Miguel was standing up again after getting paralyzed during the school brawl.

Johnny was now searching "How do I tell my student that I'm banging his mom?" on the Internet. He still needed a way to tell Miguel that he was dating his mom, Carmen, but all he found was a bunch of pornographic images and videos.

"Shit, what's that?" Johnny muttered. He then took a sip of a Coors Banquet. It was one of the memories Johnny had of his real dad.

"You'll never get past me. Yes, I will. I'm an American hero. Bang! That's what you get. The good guy always wins." A young Johnny Lawrence was playing with his toys when his mom, Laura Lawrence, showed up.

"Sweetie, what are you doing up? I called Mrs. Wilson, she says she tucked you in." Laura noticed Johnny still up.

"I couldn't sleep." Johnny answered.

"Well... it's good you're up. 'Cause I got some big news. Do you remember that man Sid we went out to dinner with?" Laura asked.

"The fat, bald guy?" Johnny was referring to Sid Weinberg, his stepdad.

"Don't say that. He's a very accomplished man. Guess what? He proposed! Isn't it beautiful? This means you're gonna have a new daddy." Laura told her son excitedly while showing him an engagement ring.

"But I don't want a new daddy!" Johnny complained.

"Trust me, sweetie. Things are gonna be better." Laura tried to make her son feel better, but to no avail.

"No!" Johnny stormed off to his room, and when he did, he closed the door and took out a box from under his bed, which had his father's stuff, one of which was an empty Coors Banquet can.

"Johnny, please. What do you have there? You saved his things?" Laura asked.

"Johnny, you shouldn't hide this from me. We have to move on. I'm throwing it all away."

"No!" Johnny complained. "Enough! He left us! You have a new daddy now. Now go to bed! Now!" Laura sternly told her son. However, Johnny was right, since his stepdad, Sid, abused and bullied him throughout his life.
