The Nichols sisters were walking to the Cobra Kai dojo when their Aunt Kandace suddenly showed up. "Oh great, Kandace is here." Emma rolled her eyes.
"Well you both are hard girls to find. Avoiding your Auntie Kandace now, sweethearts? Ignoring my calls?" Kandace asked.
"Yeah, what do you want?" Tory asked.
"Well, to see you, of course. And to ask if my sister's disability came in yet." Kandace reminded the sisters.
"What, need funding for another scam? You ain't fooling us, y'know." Emma scoffed. "Yeah, that money's for us." Tory sternly stated.
"Come on. My sister always promised to take care of me. She taught you girls better." Kandace scowled.
"Yeah, she taught us to recognize a low-class leech." Tory spat.
"Mind your manners. When your mom kicks the bucket, who do you..." Kandace explained but was cut off when the sisters threw their gym bags down and got in their aunt's face. "Ooh. Quick temper. Just like your old man. When your mother passes... gracefully, then what? You think your daddy's just gonna show up out of the blue? You think that idiot boyfriend is gonna be able to support you? What's his name, Steve? I'm all you got." Kandace explained.
"You don't give a shit about us. You just want her survivor benefits. And leave my sister's boyfriend's name out of your mouth." Tory snarled. She may have disliked Steve but she was not gonna let anyone get away with insulting him.
"I was at little Bobby's fourth birthday party just last year." Kandace defended.
"Brandon is eight. And next year, I'll be 18." Tory snapped.
"Yeah, and next year, I'll be 15." Emma reminded Kandace. The Nichols sisters started walking, but Kandace stopped them. "Hey. Who do you thinks gonna win a custody battle, huh?" Kandace pointed at Emma. "You ain't even old enough, and your sister is a high school dropout and a criminal." Kandace yelled hypocritically.
"Yeah, so are you." Tory retorted.
"Yeah, but I know how to play the game. A judge is gonna take one look at you and laugh you straight outta court." Kandace sneered. "See ya at the funeral, sweethearts. Tick tock."
