After an afternoon of training, the Lawrence and Diaz families, specifically Johnny, Julia, Katie, as well as Miguel, and Carmen, went to the LaRusso's house for dinner. Julia and Katie were helping Daniel and Johnny cook dinner when Anthony showed up in the kitchen."Uh, what the hell are you doing here?" Anthony noticed Johnny and his daughters.

"I was invited." Johnny shot back. "Who the hell are you? Wait, are you the son?" Johnny noticed that Anthony looked different from the last time he saw him. "What did you do, switch to Whopper Juniors?" Johnny asked. "It's called a growth spurt. Dipshit." Anthony answered. "Still a piece of crap." Johnny muttered.

"Hey kids, dinner!" Amanda called out. Johnny, Juliet, and Katie walked to the kitchen."I don't think I'll ever get sick of seeing the two of you together." Carmen smiled. She was proud of Daniel and Johnny for working out their differences.

"Last time these two were in a kitchen together... well let's just say I'm glad the steak knives weren't out." Amanda was proud of the men, too.

"I'll drink to that." Johnny asked for a wine. "Same."

"Perfect." Amanda and Daniel smiled.

"So how's business?" Carmen asked. "Uh, the dealership's been the best it's been in years. It should practically be on autopilot by the time Sam takes over. Right?" Daniel answered then asked Sam. "Dad..." Sam rolled her eyes.

"You're gonna take over the dealership? That's awesome." Miguel smiled at his girlfriend. "Well..." Sam spoke, but was interrupted by her dad.

"Nah, it's just an inside joke. When Sam was little, she used to walk around like she owned the place." Daniel told everyone.

"Can you blame her? She was practically raised on that showroom floor. Almost born on it too." Amanda chuckled.

"Hey, whatever Sam wants to do with her life, that's entirely up to her. If she decides to go to school nearby, get her MBA. USC, UCLA, I'm just saying... It's all icing on the cake." Daniel explained.

"So, Miguel, how's school going?" Amanda asked. "Uh, good. Uh, great actually. Straight A's this semester." Miguel smiled. "Wow." Amanda smiled. "Yes, a total nerd." Johnny snarked. "See, with grades like that you can go anywhere you want." Daniel was proud of Miguel. "Yeah. I'd, uh, like to go to Stanford. That's a pretty impressive school. Yeah, I think it's like number six in the country. The campus is beautiful." Miguel smiled. "It's definitely a top choice. But that tuition, wow. We're also thinking about Santa Monica College, right? Save some money, live at home, then see where we go from there."

"I'm planning on going to UCLA. I've wanted to go there since I started talking. My boyfriend Joey's going there, too, and I'll live on-campus there, but visit home on weekends and holidays." Katie explained. "SMC's great too. It's right by the beach. Have you checked out their campus?" Daniel asked. "No, actually, I-I-I haven't." Miguel went to reach something, but accidently spilt wine on Daniel's shirt. "Oh, oh! Mr. LaRusso, shit! Ah, I mean I'm sorry!" Miguel panicked. "No, don't worry about it. Please. Just a little wine. Right?" Daniel assured Miguel.

"So still okay with me taking the Eagle Fangs tomorrow?" Daniel asked Johnny, who answered. "Yeah. I had some ideas on how to get your kids' offense up to snuff.

"Mm-hm." Daniel nodded.

"Make sure defense doesn't turn you into a cream puff." Johnny sternly reminded Miguel.

"Tomorrow is gonna be great. As long as sensei over here brings everyone back in one piece." Daniel reminded Johnny.

"No promises." Johnny confirmed.

"Yeah, you'd better make a promise." Daniel reminded Johnny again.

"Okay, down, boys." Carmen calmed down the two.

"Goodbye, LaRussos." Johnny waved goodbye. "Thank you." "Take care." Daniel smiled. "All right."

"Bye." Carmen waved goodbye.

"Goodbye Anthony." Julia waved goodbye to her crush.

"Hey, I'm serious. I'd better not see a scratch on my Miyagi-Dos." Daniel was adamant about his students being safe.
