It was now morning, and a black boy named Kenny Payne was dancing while waiting for the bus to arrive. But when it did, the kids saw his dance moves on the bus started laughing at Kenny, specifically Anthony LaRusso, his best friend Zack Thompson, Marcus, Slade Wang, Steve Park, who was Anthony's other best friend, and three kids who were sitting with each other, specifically, Candy, and a couple consisting of Glenn Kreese and his girlfriend, Ellie Silver.

"Nice moves, new kid. What do you call that? The loser limbo?" Zack insulted, making the kids laugh.

"No, no, no, no. I think it's called the I'm-trying-not-to-shit-my-pants dance." Anthony laughed.

"Good one LaRusso." Marcus complimented Anthony.

"I know, right." Steve laughed, and the others continued laughing.

"That has like, gotta be the most pathetic dance moves I've ever seen." Candy insulted as she, Glenn, and Ellie laughed.

On the other hand, the only kids who weren't laughing and took pity on him were Julia Lawrence, who rolled her eyes at the kids' antics, Clara Decox, who was sitting next to her, Ethan Moskowitz, Brandon Alexopoulos, Jesse Gouldman, Archie Sutherland, Amy Mills, Anna Mills, Emma, and Chelsea Toguchi.

"C'mon, new kid, take a seat next to us." Chelsea and Archie took pity on Kenny and offered him a seat next to them. "Oh nice to meet you, I'm Kenny." Kenny introduced himself to the two. "Hello, Kenny-san. I'm Chelsea, and this is Archie-san." Chelsea introduced herself and Archie to Kenny.

Meanwhile, at West Valley Middle School, the kids were now in P.E. class playing basketball. Anthony was staring at Julia, and Archie was staring at Lia, while both girls were playing baseball with Amy, Alyssa, Clara, Candy, Ellie, and Lia Cabrera, who Archie had a crush on. Like his older sister Izzy, Archie was bisexual, though the siblings were fine with dating both boys and girls. "Okay, let's switch it up. New kid, get in there. We'll get you some gym clothes next week. LaRusso, Thompson, Moskowitz, Alexopoulos, Sutherland, Kreese, Park, Nichols, you're in too. Let's go!" The gym teacher called out. "All right. Sub out!"

"'Sup, Slade? 'Sup, Steve?" Zack greeted Slade and Steve. "Ha. Look who it is." Zack taunted. "I'll cover the ballerina." Anthony insulted Kenny, making Candy laugh.

The gym teacher then blew his whistle, and the game started. Kenny was now dribbling the ball, and Anthony was trying to corn him, but Kenny escaped. "Damnit, Anthony!" Steve complained. "Come on, LaRusso, you gotta stop that!" Zack agreed with Steve, while Candy shook her head at Anthony.

"I'm open!" Anthony called out, and Slade threw the ball to him, but when Anthony was about to throw the ball into the hoop, Kenny blocked it and knocked the ball out of his hands, causing a collision between them and making everyone laugh at Kenny.

"Hey! Break it up! New kid, get the ball!" The gym teacher ordered. "Oh shit! Dude, you just got facialed! Bust out some of that karate!" Zack ordered Anthony. "Yeah, I know it, and you should too." Steve reminded Anthony.

"I told you, okay? I-I-I can't. Those moves cause, like, permanent brain damage." Anthony countered.

"Whatever, LaPusso." Zack scoffed.

"Sorry, man, it was an accident." Kenny apologized.

"Bullshit!" Anthony scoffed at Kenny with a scowl. He was having none of it.

"Hey, come on. Give the new kid a break, Ant." Lia reminded Anthony.

"We've got a game to finish." Julia agreed with Lia.

"Yeah. Yeah, alright, Lia, alright Julia." Anthony calmed down. "Just ignore them. dope shirt, by the way." Lia complimented shirt. "Thanks. I'm... Kenny." Kenny stuttered.

After school, at the Cobra Kai dojo, Robby was teaching the students Miyagi-Do techniques.

"These blocks are incredibly precise. Each one is designed to overcome a specific attack." Robby explained, and he then walked to Tory.

"Show me wax on, wax off." Robby ordered, and he and Tory practiced blocks on each other. "The more you learn Miyagi-Do, the tougher you are to defeat." Robby continued to explain, but was interrupted by Kreese. "Except for one tiny flaw. Their entire style is reactive, which means all their moves are counter moves. That means that we are in control. And we can use that to set traps."

"Show me paint the fence." Robby walked up to Tory again, and they practiced moves on each other, but soon, Robby did a sweep-the-leg move on Tory.

"Sorry. Just part of the lesson." Robby apologized, but Tory was having none of it and lunged at him. Tory was about to land a punch, but Kreese broke up the fight. "Enough! Both Nichols girls, in my office. Continue the lesson."
