CHAPTER 2:

~~~~~~~~~Niall's POV~~~~~~~~~
I was going with Preston, one of our security guards, to Starbucks to pick up me and the boys some coffe before the show tonight at the O2. I was excited to perform tonight but I had this nervous gut feeling as we drove to Starbucks. I tried to just brush it off and blend in as we walked into the packed café.
"Put your SnapBack on and put your hood up, we do not need a riot in this packed place." Preston warned quickly as soon as he saw how many people were inside.
We soon found the end of the waiting line and sat at the table in front of us sat three girls. One with long blonde hair, short, and blue eyes. The other with long brown/blonde hair and brown eyes.
The last girl caught me off guard and I couldn't help but stare. She had medium length brown hair with ombré tips, chocolate brown eyes, and a smile that could light up the whole world. I now know why I had that nervous feeling earlier on the way here, I was going to see her. I want to know her name, thoughts, desires, and dreams. I know it sounds soft but she just made my heart melt to where I can't help it.
Wait, what am I thinking? I haven't even said a word to her. How do I know? What do I say? Do I say anything? Ugh, I really need to stop thinking so negatively.
"Hey! C'mon lad, I know she's beautiful but the line has moved lets go." Said Preston as he snapped me out of my thoughts.
I must have been thinking for what seemed like forever because we were now close to the counter and the three girls were ordering their coffee.
"Shea, Brentley, and Maranda!" Said the blonde girl who I now knew was Shea.
Brentley. The name rang in my head, well at least I have her name.....I guess. No. I need to stop being stupid. I will most likely never see this girl again, I see thousands of girls everyday. I am sure this is not the only attractive girl I will see...but she might be the only one I see like her.
"I think your order is ready." I said to Brentley as I caught her looking in our direction as she hadn't noticed that their coffee was ready and sitting on the counter.
"Oh, thanks!" She replied quickly with her beautiful smile.
"No problem, anytime, Brentley." I replied as I let her know I had over heard her name. She shyly smiled and her friends gave me short looks and we're laughing about something from earlier. They went and got their drinks and left. I watched as they left and I couldn't help but feel sad as I watched a beautiful girl slip through my finger tips.
~~~~~~~~Maranda's POV~~~~~~~

We were waiting on our coffee to be finished when I caught Brentley seem distracted. I followed her gaze and it ended at the face of an attractive blonde with a buff elder guy behind him. The blonde had a SnapBack on and his hood up which to me looked suspicious as we were inside and it wasn't raining. I decided to let it go and get Brentley out of her trance which I honestly found hilarious because when she stares at something it is really obvious.

"Hello??? Brentley......are you there???" I asked hoping to get her attention.

She turned her face towards Shea and I as she said, "Oh.....What??".

"Ugh, never mind." I said trying not to laugh as she knew I caught her staring at the blonde guy. She never really dated as she is waiting for the right person and so when she finds someone attractive we all notice and become very protective. We don't know why but we feel like she needs to be looked after more that the rest.

While we were focused on Brentley and her staring we forgot about our coffee. The blonde guy talked sweetly to Brentley and reminded us of our coffee that was awaiting us on the counter. We walked over and got our drinks and left.

As soon as we got in the car I couldn't help myself but ask,

"What was that all about? You were staring at him like a lost puppy! Haha, sorry but your face was priceless! At least he didn't catch you, if I didn't stop you one more second and he would've seen."

"It was nothing! And I didn't stare, I was glancing. Plus he is way to attractive to even give me a chance. Also it's not like I will see him again anyway! Have you seen how big London is??" Brentley replied quickly defending herself as she tried to not blush.

"Well I think that you are pretty enough to get a guy like that and you never know! Destiny is destiny! You just might see him again!" Shea said trying to be positive and she always is the optimistic type. We normally just laugh but she has a tendency to be right almost every time so we have learned to listen to her more.

We rode to my house with our straws glued to our lips because of how good it was. I hated silence so I turned the radio on, the song Heart Attack by One Direction came on and we began to dance and sing along. We weren't huge fans but we enjoyed their music, we had seen pictures of them but never really cared to pay attention to their looks since every girl on the planet drooled over them.

"I wonder what it would be like to meet one of the boys, or all of them. They seem so interesting and fun!" Shea said after the song finished and broke the silence. Brentley and I nodded in agreement. Brentley continued to stare out the window and sip her coffee. I could tell she was in deep thought and I wanted to know what was bothering her so much. I know it is either school or the blonde guy we saw earlier, she worries me when she is this quiet. This is not natural...
